The floors on the east side at the top of the building disappered as the internal structure on the east side gave way. This is visible in all videos and pictures of the building during collaspe.
The east side of the building took a lot of damage from the collaspe of the second trade center building which started fires several floors deep.

Can you please explain how you know for a fact that nobody saw the first plane?
Did you speak to survivors? Do you have access to everyone in the vicinity of the crash? (Hint: Don't answer these last two questions. They are completely rhetorical)
