It is time to end Islam now, if the entire world are serious, it won't take more than two weeks to wipe Islam out of the face of Earth, they are very. Volnurable but they don't know

What's the difference between you and Adolf Hitler? You can't condem a whole race and people just because of the actions of a few minority!

It's not a bad response. Those are hard, long-process things to do. If I were a dictator, I'd peg the Naira at 500 per $, BUT no importation of any kind except raw materials for local industries. Only local-made will be used in Nigeria. But I know other countries will cry fowl - why would they allow us access to their markets if we don't allow them access to ours

A bottle of chilled beer for this man!
Politics / Re: FG Can’t Continue To Subsidise Electricity — Power Minister, Adebayo Adelabu by Marpol: 8:25pm On Feb 14
The annoying thing about electricity in Nigeria is you pay for a service you don't get!

Provide the electricity and see if people are willing to pay for it or not.

Easier said than done. Doing all that is a process. When there was no insecurity, how much non oil export did we do and how long would it take us to resolve the problem. I'm not sure you even know what you are talking about.

LoL! That's your response?

Naira has lost value, 8 million is $5k and some change. Are you going as a tourist or what? This is not enough POF!

If as you say you export nothing, then how do you defend the naira? If you can't defend it well because of lack of dollars then you widen your black market while you keep it at one rate. You have it at 450 and your black market was around 750.

Why not fight insecurity and ramp up production for exportation before floating the naira?
Business / Re: What exactly Is The Benefit Of Floating The Naira? by Marpol: 2:33pm On Feb 14
But why float the naira when Nigeria practically exports nothing! Who would want to invest in a country with no stable light, insecurity at an all time high?

Looks like someone did copy and paste with this economic policies!

Which car has the right of way? Not many people know!

When you’ve been on the road for a long time, driving becomes an extremely familiar habit.

You may think that you already know how to behave in most situations, and that you’ve already encountered all the problems of the road.

But let’s put this assumption to the test with an example from a real-life driving test.

Examining the provided image, we can observe a traffic scenario at a T-intersection.

In this situation, a pink car(A) is heading towards the intersection, accompanied by a yellow car(C) approaching from the right and a blue car(B) from the left.

The intentions of each vehicle are as follows: the pink car intends to make a left turn, the blue car plans to proceed straight, and the yellow car also wishes to make a left turn.

Don’t forget to take into account all the signs, traffic lights and other conditions that may influence this traffic situation.

Which car will go first?

The right of way applies

Islam for Muslims / Re: 'Mary Mother Of Jesus Christ Mosque' Spotted In Dubai - Photos by Marpol: 4:04pm On Aug 21, 2023
Mary, Mother of Jesus Mosque, also called in Arabic, Maryam Umm Eisa Masjid (Arabic: مسجد مريم أم عيسى عليهما السلام, Masjid Maryam Umm ‘Īsā) is a mosque located in Al Mushrif, a central neighborhood in the city of Abu Dhabi, the capital city of the United Arab Emirates. It was built in 1989 as Mohammed Bin Zayed Mosque, and named after Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Ruler of Abu Dhabi.

On 14 June 2017, Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan decided to rename the mosque to "Mary, Mother of Jesus Mosque". The change was done as an initiative exemplifying the values of co-existence among religions in the UAE, as well as to honour Mary, Mother of Jesus who is a respected figure in Islam.

Please I need urgent advice from seniors who got their driving extract from Nigeria.
I would like to know if anyone successfully got theirs by applying through the Online portal and paying the 50k naira stated therein.

Or if the best and guaranteed way is to go through FRSC official?

I discussed with an FRSC official, he billed me 80k. I want to know if the online route works so I can save 30k😔.

Need to get the extract before entering Canada next month, so I can easily take the driving test and get my G license

My wife did not go with any extract and she drove with her Nigerian drivers license until she got her Canadian licence. The only downside was her car insurance premium was high.

Hello House,
Happy to have found this thread.
Please I need your professional advice.
I am coming to BC in September with open work permit with my wife who is the student with two years Msc program study permit.
I am an Electrical Engineer with over 10 years experience.
I also have over 8 years experience in Heavy duty equipment services and maintenance.
I am 31 years and I am in express pool with CRS of 366.
My wife 27 years is also in express entry pool with CRS score 469.

Please I need best advice to get PR in Canada fast.
Target is to get PR before one year in Canada.

I need experience and information that can help this out profile to become permanent residents.

Thanks so much

You can get PR before your wife concludes her studies. Look for a company that can give you LMIA once you get to Canada.

Good day friends,
I’m currently in Canada studying. I applied for my family to join me June this year, (SOWP for spouse and VV for our kids who are all above 5years) my spouse application was approved within 5weeks while our kids applications were cancelled because we were informed that we applied for the wrong service…..meaning they should be applying for study permits.

Now that we are ready to reapply we need to know how to go about it using my spouse GCkey profile because I have not been able to figure it out. I tried filling a study permit form on her profile and it turned out that my child is not eligible meaning I got the process wrong.

I will need the help of anyone who understands how to go about it. Gurus in the building I will appreciate your urgent help here. Rgds

You need to apply for study permit for them, if they are underage and would attend public schools then it's open study permit as you don't need to attach admission letters.

Hope this helps

For as long as we keep holding brief for internet fraudsters and drug pushers, this is what we will keep getting. The world is a global village, countries see how we eulogize and make excuses for these criminals and they are watching.

More countries will keep banning and restricting the flow of Nigerians to their countries because from the look of things we have become a country without morals!

Our population is inflated! Nigeria is nowhere near 100million not to talk of 200million.

What is our life expentancy rate?
What is our infant mortality rate?

When was the last time we had a good census that was not manipulated. We just bask in the euphoria of Giant of Africa.

But what is his reason for not wanting to pay?

If there is specific collateral for the loan, Ecobank has no other option beyond what both parties agreed upon.
A business is an entity, and loan obligations is squarely the responsibility of that entity and not the liability of another individual.

Some of these banks give loans based on personal guarantee with no form of collateral.

He got a year ago.
No major problem.
Functioning on the road everyday.
Cheap to procure.

So, what else, good to go for.

The car is in use in Canada not Naija. Bad roads and auto mechanics are a major problem in Nigeria.

Please teekay, I would like to ask did ur spouse apply 4 both visit n SOWP at d same time...cos I'm in d same shoes...I applied for visit visa n it's taking so much time n I'm thinking I should apply for SOWP..my spouse study visa has bin granted n my own Vv application is taking so much time.

I did not apply for SOWP, as I Shuttle between Naija and Canada. Presently on VV. But you can apply for both I guess. My first application for VV was on the old platform after much delays, I applied on the new platform and was given, the old platform application was canceled by IRCC after over a year.

Good evening everyone, please I have a question. My spouse just got his visitor visa approved and he has sent his passport for stamping. We got a medical request for his SOWP application the next morning. Please can he travel to Canada with the visitor visa and get the SOWP at the point of entry or flag polling? I honestly don’t know IRCC timeline for the SOWP application.

Let him travel to Canada on VV. Then flagpole. Mind you he can't flagpole on arrival. He has to do that after he has entered on VV.

How do I use my dollar card for withdrawals in Canada?

If you're still in Nigeria, check with your bank cos there might be charges involved, otherwise carry dollars either usd or cad and buy temporary credit card at the airport if you so require.

Hello everyone, please i am in Canada already as an international student and my husband applied for a spousal open work permit for himself and visiting visa for 2 kids an 8-month-old and a 3-year-old kid, to the glory of God my husband's application has been approved but my kids were requested to do medicals, we have however booked for the medicals for next week. My question is should my husband still wait for the kids' final decision to submit his passport with the kids' passport considering the fact that he has 30 days to submit it, please we are confused here, more PPR for everyone expecting it

Let him submit his passport.
