Paperwhite:dude what crime has the writer comitted in copying a bit part of Obama's speech? The only implication is that jobless mofos like you and the rest 1d1ots quoting me who are obviously suffering from wailing syndrome after the defeat of your grandmaster IB cum hero will once again have something to masturbate on for a while. You could help me spell it out if you are aware of any other implication that is really worth my bother. |
Husband wey dey share billions of dollars for him friends but him wifey inside house be like scarecrow wey dem hang to scare bird from farm. why she nor go divorce him heartless head? I go die leave economics for people wey sabi am,he was ready to change the country for five years, e nor reach to see progress already? you wey don chop from government, you no go siddon for one corner clean mouth. |
Paperwhite:so you would have preferred he started quoting references after he finished the speech? you should be smarter than this. For your information, plagiarism is when you copy someones work and take credit for it. then u can be stripped of honours and taken to court too, this I know. But you cannot tell me Buhari has committed a crime by using part of someone's speech. Why because a speech is a vocalised form of communication, when its rephrased, becomes original. and hence its not a crime to copy part of someone speech if it fits with the occasion. leaders everywhere every time do it and you can research if you want. moreover credit can't be given in this case because it was rephrased hence you can't say "like Obama said". The writers(criminal minds or not) are very aware and more learned than you are too. After all my explanation though, you are still free to have an opinion that matters to no one, not even the original owner of the speech. Because haters can't be reasoned with. |
Khameal007:you must be joking sha. |
Copy and Paste or plagiarism in this context is not a crime, is it? People do copy part of each other's work. artistes, writers, film directors, students, are all guilty of this, it's not a new thing...next! |
I dont blame them. I blame that federal character law which says all states must be represented. Nigeria doesn't need 36 ministers, the rest just occupy office space and waste tax payers money. That is why Buhari hasn't hurried to replace Mr Ocholi the late minister. |
shuggah:thanks for the compliment!
|
we chop chop everything, import everything, which one we dey produce? as a nation blessed with arable land and jobless able bodied men and women, we have to feed our family and the nation. All those men wey dey find government work make una dey go farm now. before five years you don turn Dangote patner ![]() |
Onyegecha:polio eradication was evil...charlie tell me something else. |
tdemo:jobless man like you no go like see buhari tell am your mind. |
The best ever...we only see the previous ones unofficially when them dey campaign... see all of them dey smile even the ones when don curse am taya ![]() |
Everyday, every time, people will just be around the president laughing, smiling. Fake people everywhere creating fake scenarios. I hope he has the wisdom to see through all these shenanigans. Na wetin end Jonathan. na wetin dey end them be that. |

well Jonathan did 5 and a half years and a railway he built was commissioned by Buhari. This government is not as clueless as some of you think, don't go and underrate oh! elections now no rigging and if you rig you fit cast. So Osibanjo knows he better not deceive anyone. He knows what he's saying in fact. There are current government and private projects and PPPs with completion date around that time that will boost Nigeria. The refinery alone will solve fuel, forex and electricity problems to an extent. The railway project will ease business movements and transportation. The roads nko. As I said before don't go and underrate oh. If you don't understand economics you won't know be aware of the multiplier effect those projects trigger. |
Paperwhite:Bros just 3 questions for you...will you have mouth to call Yemi Osinbajo a fool if you see him in person? You no fit use your mouth pray for person? Or are you so blind you cannot identify the fools and morons in Buhari government? |
timeman:paper economy you mean. |
chinjo:Kemi Adeosun na him sister, Godwin Emiefele na him broda abi na Udo udoma be him cousin? |
you will |
ificatchmodeh:ice age ![]() |
ificatchmodeh:first class mumu like you will be crying that you're in recession. It's only in your imagination that she held many offices that made her worth €50million with no qualification or skills necessary. The only office she obviously held, let me help your suffer head brain is the office of the treasury of Nigeria as wife of the president. silly wailing fellows, may you wail beyond 2023!!! |
Nigerians make una calm down for life. |
Mcowubaba:yes blame him more and more it is sweet! |

people with your mentality get deported once they travel out to the real progressive world. Thank you for your immense contribution to the 'zoo' we find ourselves in. |
PRYCE:Change begins with you! my brother fear God. |
Change will come, development will come. even with the recession I have greater hope than any administration since 99. Sai Buhari! |
Our oil has been used to grow other country's economies oh. The ones that have developed for that matter shege! barawo full everywhere. I'm sure Buhari is not expecting any tangible reply at least for now, because these countries have to be pushed and pushed again before they can comply. |
What a private builder will build for #300million tops |
World leaders wey no send Nigeria. Some of them are even adding directly or indirectly to our woes. It's a crazy world! Why I hate this assembly is that it doesn't add anything to our profile, the UNSC permanent seat we've been asking for years now, they no gree give us. Buhari will just go and be looking at people he envies in their eyes. |
tuniski:siddon there dey hungry and angry nah wetin consign me? na me put you for the situation where you dey? I resemble OBJ or GEJ for your eye? |
basilo101:rather ask yourself, why is the government of today not completely different from the government of yesteryears? it is a continuous cycle of mediocrity that can only be stopped when CHANGE occurs. I see this campaign as a positive thing because we the citizens can take advantage of it to reconstruct our government to reflect our values. But that can only happen when one has values in the first place. |
MadamExcellency:madam calm down. During the world cup in SA, my encounter with a hostess wasn't a really good one as she told me you guys (we Nigerians) have a very bad reputation here with a silly smirk on her face. It's not new to the world that we Nigerians are a very special breed. Buhari didn't "murder" our image abroad, how do you kill something that's already dead? In fact it is very clear to me that Buhari's administration will leave Nigeria better than it met it. There are a lot of ongoing projects that will be completed before 2019 that will improve the economy and favour Buhari's administration statistically. So when I see educated people like you think that our growth will paused throughout Buhari's tenure I just smh. You are either lying to yourself or ignorant of the fact that there is really no difference between PDP and APC, they just get lucky enough to win an election. |
philosophically Bubu is right. The people today become the government tomorrow so if the people will change today the government will change tomorrow. The timing is wrong though. |
