Nigeria doesn't just need an economic recovery plan it also need a social inclusion plan, a nation building understanding plan, a leadership sacrifice plan, a plan for the poor out of school children who are the future leaders, a plan to halt the abuse and misuse of public office once and for all. So Mr Buhari una never start if all you think we need is an economic recovery plan and we the real progressive Nigerians will wait for you at the ballot in 2019.
