When I read this article on the vanguard news on twitter, I was totally speechless. Just imagine what someone's grandfather is saying; so the massacre is justified? No wonder Boko Haram is still operating in Nigeria without any disturbance, this Buhari government is not serious with the security of lives and properties which is their major responsibility. Buhari and all our politicians, what have the poor masses done to you?

More than 20 local government were under Bokoharam... Military barracks were not safe back then.

No state in the whole of 19 northern state is safe!!

There's no week that Bokoharam don't bomb and kills people in the north back then!!

Buhari has failed in stopping banditry in Kaduna, kastina and zamfara villages.

Buhari is just a failure just like Jonathan... But comparing them is foolish!!

Buhari is by far better than Jonathan!

The north would never forget!!

Google especially has an unfair advantage especially in advertising of their subsidiaries, no other companies can compete with them on search engine.

For example, Google has a subsidiary called YouTube, if a small competitor wants to do similar video sharing as YouTube, that startup wont get traffic at all because once a user type in any keyword relating to video, the search results shows all videos from YouTube on the first page. That is bad and unfair..Google with their search engine kills small businesses.

With Google search engine, Google acts like a very big global monopoly that wont allow small competitor to survive because they want advertising money for only themselves

You're intelligent. I read the article and I think the headline is misleading. From what I read in that article,the UK government pulled up a really great idea. Is this not why we have government to think about the growth of her citizens. Unlike the Nigerian government that want to stifle her citizens with that evil social media bill. Nigerian government should learn for God sake!
