Smithkafors:So because of ur thoughts now we should close our eyes to any form anti-curroption war from govt. It must continue. |
OrIandoOwoh:Where are u going to get to in nigeria that u will not see corruption, ministries, parastatals, govt, legislators, judiciary, govt agencies etc. Let them start from somewhere. What apc is doing today is like a seed, it will germinate and bear fruits tomorow. When another party gets to power and they want to fight corruption they can start from there and if they too want to witch-hunt let it done. If they dont want to do that its left for them. Corruption in any part of the world can not be dealt with in one swipe, it is a gradual thing that will take a lot of time to reduce. Saraki is no 3 man with all this barage of allegations yet he doesnt have any form of shame to resign. Its a shame. |
OrIandoOwoh:Who is tinubus boy. Who is "yes man" of Tinubu? What a pity? U people are doing this to spite ur tomorow. If igbos can not present a common front to fight against our common enermy corruption. I wonder which tribe will surport u for an igbo president when the time comes. Even the kwarans are not supporting saraki in this saga. Must we suport corruption because u dont like tinubu or pmb. I dont like tinubu either. Anyone found wanting must face d music irrespective of party. If pdp gets to the centre tomorow and they are serious about fighting corruption, let them deal with Tinubu wella. But igbos wailing and begining to fight against anti-corruption war will fail. Yorubas are slave, hausas are cows yet these people are producing presidents. Time will tell. |
chukwudi44:Wailer chukwudi44 u are wrong as usual. Senate is not empowered to investigate anybody. If there is any indictment they should know what to do. |
anonimi:if u have anything as evidence and not to be tribalistic and sentimental bring it out. Abacha is dead already and his loot returned to every successive govt. |
sanky346:Thats why looters will continue to loot. Why does the law not forgive a nobody that stole a chicken, a laptop or wrist watch rather than sending him to jail. Nigerians are too sentimental and tribalistic. I hope sentiments and tribalism will not kill nigeria. |
TPAND:They said 61 not 610 nor 6100 with evidences u are saying exergeration. Nawa 4 nigerians. |
bedspread:Awake in terms of what? Fayose is a mistake and a misfit for my state. A gov who can not pay salaries of over 4months but chasing after shadows. Ekiti state has lost her pride. |
skilfulsagei:Fayose can generate more than this, but he abandoned the log of wood in his eyes and checking the speck in another man's eye. Even the little he generated has no accountability and transparency. What a deception? |
Fayose is just running his own politics as if he is running SUG of ibadan polytechnic. What a pity for the people of ekiti state. He could not pay his workers salaries of over 4months. He does not allow TSA in the state thereby making his governtment earnings and finances not transparent. He is just a cheap blackmailer. |
The day i saw Dele Momodu moving with Raymond dopesi that was when i suspected him (Dele) to be an insincere man. Always speaking with two sides of his mouth. I have lost my respect for him since. |
NobleAngell:We must come out with one voice to say no to stealing by the political class. We want more of the politically motivated prosecution. It is for the good of democracy in nigeria. Its saraki's turn today let it be another high profile somebody tomorow. Afterall when they were stealing our money was it not politically motivated? |
olafum1:It is a sorri case for nigeria that our law makers are bundles of thieves and manipulators. Yet some people will come and say Saraki is being politically persecuted. When he (saraki) was politically, practically, persecuting the future of the masses by stealing our money meant for hospitals, roads, schools and development etc they did not know. Saraki has been eating from the rousources of nigeria since when he was in the womb till date. Yet some people who have not seen 0.5% of his wealth will come here and defend him. I can not defend any looter in whatever form or party that has already milked this country dry. |
pope5:How much does it go for? |
Obamina:Where was true justice, equity and fairness when he was stealing from the cockie jar? We must begin to NO to all these abnormalis in our system. If not these policians wants to turn themselves to emperor. We must begin to put sentiments apart and demand our politicians to be accountable irrespective of party rather than lording themselves over us. |
gcof:This why we have problems in this country. What else are u looking for? We are talking of somebody who has been fed from his womb with stolen money. In other climes he would have stepped aside but in nigeria, he is so super rich that he can afford to hire 90 SANs to fight for his defence, what a morckery of our legal system. Politicians know very well that nigeria legal prosection system has loop-holes that they can always explore. This is why this case is just begining hearing after going back and forth for months. Yet some youths on NL that are not up to 1% Saraki's fortune will be defending him or any theiving politicians. Its saraki's turn today let it be anybody's turn tomorrow. Its welcome. All yam eaters must vormit whatever they have eaten. Call it persecution or witch-hunting one is clear a thief is a thief. |
gcof:Call it anything saraki has be enjoying govt funds since being in the womb. He must pay for his greed and over ambition to teach others lessons. A medical doctor that neva practiced one day. A manager in defunt societe general bank, then promoted to managing director of the bank by his late father, used the money from the bank to finance politics joining politics thereby destroying the bank. I dont have sympathy 4 somebody that would motgage the future of my unborn children and grandchildren for his greed and over-ambition inspite of the fact that he is already affluent. |
ziccoit:They are just fooling themselves not us. If saraki has an iota of shame he should resign as SP. He is a gonner. |
Millyiyke:Two wrongs can never make a right. If this fight against corruption is sustained in successive govts either apc or pdp the better for nigeria. |
Nigerian laws have a lot of loop holes that is why convicting a politithievian is very dificult. They always employ those loop-holes to delay justice and arm twist jugdement. |
powerfulsettingz:Nigerian laws have a lot of loop holes that is why convicting a politithievian is dificult. They always employ those loop-holes to delay justice and arm twist jugdement. |
Dollyak:U want new/fresh blood in the polical scene, it is not as magical as that in a swipe. All these powerful political gladiators wont allow that. Nigeria is like a very dirty mechanic overall that has been used for several yrs. U will need to wash it with detergent at different stages and change the water severally to get a clean and better overall. Nigerian system must first be purged seriously of corruption before a new dawn can come. |
chernest2002:Are people not suffering in ekiti state when a gov can not think out the box to generate revenue to pay workers salary from january 2016 till date, up till now april 2016 the talkative gov has not paid. If pmb govt is bad tell me is it fayose's own that is good? Visionless and deceptive govnor. Fayose's sins will look for him when the time is due. A matter of fact. |
OpinionCounts:Tell me one project that fayose has done in ekiti state which is my state. NONE. Nobody is asking him not to criticise but when it becomes something he does regularly as if he himself is a perfect master is what is annoying. He can not run govt on sentiments in order to obtain people's supports. It cant work for long. Fayose can not solve his own problems yet he wants to give advice in another man's matter. He has not removed the log in his own eyes to see speck in another man's eyes. |
hardywaltz:Each time i hear fayose this fayose that as if he is the only gov in nigeria i shake my head. Some govs are doing very well without making noise. Fayose has not paid any salary this yr 2016, yet the vissionless mofo, attention-seeking gov wants to construct a 2.7km flyover with outrageous 5.7Billion naira. It a sori case for ekiti people. |
Pmb is too busy to join issues with a thug governor fayose. Fayose who can not look for avenues to generate funds and pay his workers salaries since january 2016 yet he has no shame but to critisize Pmb. |
cute9ja:No wonder fayose is a bad manager, a talkative, a deceiver and a pretender. He wants pmb to normalise everything at once within a yr after 16 yrs of decay yet he can not normalise things in his state by paying workers salaries from january 2016. Shameless gov. What is the common sense of building an expensive flyover when u have not paid salaries of 3mnths. Moreover a flyover that should not be more than 3Billion at most. In Ogun state Amosu built one km flyover with 750million and fayose wants to build 2.7km with 5.7 billion. Fayose is a epitome of misplaced priorities. Shameless gov. |
Redoil:Leave mata for mataias. Did Gej not say he was going for only one term, did he not change his mind when election was near? Fayose is not getting anything after being the gov. If he thinks nigerians are as gullible as his ekiti people he should go and think twice. |
Very much available. |
LudaChriz:Wailer stop wailing. It wont do u any good. I give it to our military. They are getting to the end of BH. U know absolutely nothing about military formation or war yet u wail as if u have been to war front. If u dont know how vast sambisa forest is cutting through 10 states in the north. Wailing Wailer u better stop wailing and learn. Anything pmb does is always an occassion for u to wail. WWAN. Wailing wailers association of nigeria. |
