If you answer is yes, I wish you good luck, if otherwise, kindly get married now because you might not get married till you clock 50 years old while still waiting to build your imagery estate.

If the said ladies pestering you for marriage are in their late twenties/early thirties, I'd say leave them.

Then while using the remainder five years to build your estate, go for younger babes in like first/second year level at universities.

Use them as side attractions and to hold body too: at least at that point in their life, they are not looking for anything serious just the occasional car rides, movies at the cinema, weekly transfers and shawarma, so they won't pester you for any commitment.

Finally, when you're through with building your estate, you can now consider the late twenties babes for marriage. The good thing is that you're doing well financially so you'll always see somebody who'll marry you after all na Naija we dey.

Both ways, you will enjoy your peak as a man and build your hustle too.

lol my post was based on if the story was true.i know for a fact that all these stories are lies.i read one who wrote his friend was doing dirty work and cleaning old peoples yansh and saving 100k dollars a year doing that. those jobs pay you 20 dollars an hour at most. lets assume its 20. then a week is 800 dollars and a year is 40 thousand dollars. so if someone is making 40,000 a year how is he saving 100k a year ? most of these stories from nigerians are lies on this forum. i never understand why it is in the nigerian mans blood to exaggerate issues LMAOO
