Okada should be banned not only in lagos but also in other states. I think the kekenapep is a better substitute because it takes more people per trip than the conventional okada there by reducing the number of okada per person that take the road. This will effect reduction in air pollution by okada. To know the effect of pollution by okada - just observe the pollution in a traffic jam when okadas are also stuck. This and the recklessness of the okada rider is the reason i will vote for outright ban on okada PLS BAN OKADA IN NIGERIA!!!!! |
ummh,, is there away one can address such issues and get a refund? |
flolimited:Chei! Talk true, thats about N120000. I better take caution i thought alibaba is a credible site to do bizs. |
Me, pro-Yerima! God forbid. I just wonder how this man is able to pull these stunts since 1999 till date amassing wealth in the process, and the federal govt could not do anything and yet some elements are protesting on his behalf. |
I wonder why some many controversies revolve around this man. First is the sharia, now is child marriage. Is he deliberately setting up controversies to become popular to the Muslim world. If this is his strategy he must very good at that;Cos this guy is creating waves! I see some group protesting in support of his act.what a shame, ! |
I agree to some extent. Ladies btw the age of 25 to 40 are sweeter if only without a child or gave birth long time ago. They've got the experience and the skills to satisfy a man in bed |
Please lets understand one thing. Creation of wealth is putting your money in the real sector. Like setting up a barbing salon, building a hospital, school, making slippers, building road. If not for the future money to be made but for even the immediate salary that you will pay the workers that will build and manage the business you are setting up. You know how many families are fed with salary from road construction, advert agencies, web development, hospitals, name them. FOR THE AVOIDANCE OF DOUBT, winning a contract is not creation of wealth but implementing the contract is creation of wealth. So if you buy stocks @ 10 Naira or 40 Naira in the secondary market, how many people have you employed, how many families have you fed. None. Because you just bought the 50k ordinary shares or whatever they call it of the company. But when you buy @ the primary market, especially when it is oversubscribed, some people might still tell u that you have not created any wealth. I wouldn't like to go into that. Buying from the secondary market means buying the same stock which has the same price (50k or 1 Naira as the case may be) in the eyes of NSE at an agreed price between you and the seller, irrespective of how much the seller bought it. Do I really need to go on to make the two arguers understand? Please understand the man. What he meant is that Nigerian's are shy from investing in the real sector where lives (including theirs can be touched). You need to understand how many people Dangote and the likes are feeding to comprehend that merely buying stocks does not really touch lives as much as investing in making 'dunlop slippers'. Buying stocks is more or less intelligent gambling but it is very good for us to buy stocks so as to maintain the value of our companies in the eyes of people any way since a company making lots and lots of profit does not really care how much their stock is valued so far as they bought 50% of it to protect them from being swallowed from behind by a warren buffet or 'no nigerian counterpart yet' . Really guys, shut up and go and make some pure water, raise pigs or something like that.
hey guy u said it all. I'm of opinion that to create wealth we must set up more businesses. Majority of the people playing the stock market are there to make easy money; that is why u saw alot of people ran away when it was down. We need more coy to be listed on the exchange for the economy to grow. Small and medium scale bizs should be encourage to b listed by so doing we creating wealth. |
what people in Kaduna are describing the choosing of Namadi Sambo as V.P is quiet unfurtunate. First of all, I'm a Northerner, i'm highly disappointed in the way the V.P slot turn Arewa, i just realised that northe really means for muslim. During sardauna days both of muslim and xtian are having thesame preferences, thats wat make sardauna to be popular not only popular but wat makes him stronger. but today things have change anti-clockwise. All the names of would be V.P mentioned earlier by the media there's no single xtian, and yet they're northerners. the slogan is V.P must be from north it does not says northern xtian or northern muslim. could you imagine mMust Nigeria have a Muslim president from north, and V.P xtian from south, and vise-verser ![]() In the case of Kaduna, there are indigenous Kaduna peaple that are xtian, are you ppl telling me they're second hand citizens?? look they have constitutional equal right with you muslims. What is wrong in xtian to be a Kaduna state governor Did i say makkah governor, am sure u ve heard it. Whenever we look back at the legacy of our founding fathers it always amaze us, why cant we emulate them When sardauna was alive he dissipate all his energy to unite northe, religiously ethnically and what have you. and he succeeded in achieving wat he want. If we are to grow as one we have to be tolerance, religiously and ethnically. I'M DISAPPOINTED IN YOU MY BROTHERS NORTHERNERS.
What an intelligent post! God bless u my sister. ![]() |
