Have you heard of Peter Ololo? He was driving an ancient 504 when he was arrested.

Go and read about the case of $18m stolen from the scoular company as reference. The perpetrators are free men despite an indiction from a US court.
Even in Naija we have someone who is a governor now and has a money laundering case in the US.

There are many people that changed their identities and were still arrested. There are people who moved to countries that had no extradition treaty with the US and were still arrested.
