You need a good lawyer to handle the case. And the customs and traditions of your people is another factor, where are you from? And what do you know about the customs and traditions of your people as it relates to sharing of property and what does it say?

Owerri has very few bad roads if you are being truthful. Don't misrepresent facts because of politics. Some of the roads he is reconstructing now were reconstructed in his 1st tenure but then he was doing window dressing because the Government at the center was against him making him unable to take difficult decisions that might infuriate the masses. He was a populist Governor but not very purposeful. What I am seeing in his 2nd tenure is actual solution and to develop a lot of sacrifices must be made by all.

I commend him for taking the bull by the horn but what must be done is to compensate the poor who survived at the shanties and illegal structures. I know the structures are illegal but sometimes we tamper justice with mercy because of the economic conditions we are facing at the moment.
