No need of retaking waec when it comes to UNIBEN. A credit pass in relevant subjects is enough. An aggregate score below 50% is close to zero no admission hope. He can take a part-time form or diploma when admission is over for regular.

This is a ready sad and pathetic case. I will advice the landlord to go to court. I know the marketer handling that area. They are all very greedy.
