Yes many hospitals now begging Doctors to come take residency for free but they are no where to be found. Nurses, Radiographers, sonographers, Medical lab Scientists etc are all getting jobs abroad and moving.

It's sad Nigeria has become a training ground for health professionals for other developed countries. Those countries are not paying our country for taking our health professionals. It could have been a source of revenue for Nigeria. Any overseas recruiter should pay a certain fees for taken any health professional from Nigeria.

Native Doctors don't japa so train more Native Doctors since no one needs them abroad.
