4years plus some months not 6years ... GEJ was sworn in 6 May 2010, This may would make it 5years. |
ShehuAba:Like I always said the way and manner a party deals with dissenting opinion from its members tells a lot about the level of maturity of the political party. The way you guys handled this is inhumane, classless and distasteful. No matter how you want to put it their are better matured ways to handle anti party activity than to retort the childish display you all put up today. |
koboko69:I would not threat him the way you all threat-ed him. My uncle supports APC with fire and we still talk and gist. I once embarked on a road trip with a die hard APC fanatic. We ended up becoming friends. The fact is we are all entitled to our opinion... Most importantly the way and manner political parties handling dissenting opinions tells a lot about the level of maturity of the political party. This guy has done so much for you guys compared to every other APC e goons I know here. The way you guys kicked him to the curb at the slightest chance ... was very heartless, classless... and most importantly unprogressive. |
koboko69:The real reason I detest APC to the bones is not because GEJ is the best but because APC is far much worse. They way you guys detest dissenting opinion is so demonic. The level of hypocrisy your party practice is acidic. I love change the real issue I have is that the people preaching change are the same people responsible for Nigeria's woes, these same people are the one preaching it. Keep rattling about him been fake. The fact is the kind of change you all preach is what is really fake. One by one Nigerians would wake up to this revelation as he did. As for barcanista you are in a really diciy position. You have to work on rebuilding you reputation ... attack both parties brutally and like you said commend them when they do well. As you do so be very careful not to contradict yourself. |
I am very didisappointed in the way they handled him ... There is nothing so painful like been trashed by people you call friends. If that is what it means to be a progressive I reject it. |
I am so happy to hear this news. What took him so long. |
At OP, I think your topic should be ... Why Ladies should stop broadcasting their virginity status. |
So far no mistakes ... No regrets. Only experiencee I wish I could have avoided or decisions I should have taken earlier. I am happy and hopeful. I pray I continue in this trajectory and move on to greater heights. |
I stumbled on this on Washington Times. It's quite an interesting read. Goodluck Jonathan’s Last Fight?Source >> http://www.washingtontimes.com/news/2015/feb/9/frank-gaffney-nigeria-goodluck-jonathans-last-figh/#ixzz3Rk8Mhb2L |
jaybee3:No I ain't talking about commending. I am talking about giving a benefit of doubt, or rushing to defend his actions like you do to your pseudo change agents. |
jaybee3:Which do you prefer? The man who you can see his corruption... or the man who on the surfaces tells you he is a saint but deep down is even far more corrupt. |
jaybee3:I never said that you criticize for the fun of it bro. I am simply stating that one common trait shared by most APC supporters is hypocrisy . They crucify GEJ for the same offences their masters commit with impunity. Leme ask you a simple questions if the tables were turned would you start ... speaking all this turenchi you are spewing about Cost per kilometer etc. |
jaybee3:Jaybee if it was GEJ the first thing you would do is shout he is corrupt, he is clueless. You never give him the benefit of doubt like you do to you pseudo agents of change. etc ... here you are rushing to make excuses for clear case of corruption and gross mis-management of funds. |
Can APC Explain This... Below is Addis Ababa light rail commissioned recently. It covers 46 Km and cost $475 Million (N 71.2 Billion) . >> http://www.railwaygazette.com/news/urban/single-view/view/addis-ababa-light-rail-test-running-begins.html (Goodluck Jonathan) Abuja-Kaduna standard guage rail project to commence operation in March 2015 covers 187.5km . It cost (N 80 Billion). >>http://www.vanguardngr.com/2014/10/abuja-kaduna-rail-line-delivered-dec-fg/ (Ameachi of APC) Port Harcourt Mono Rail date of completion unknown, covers 4Km and has gulped (N 150 Billion). >> http://businessdayonline.com/2013/05/rivers-n150bn-monorail-project-to-be-completed-2015/ (Fashola of Lagos) Lagos Light Rail date of completion unknown, covers 57Km and has consumed (N 160 billion Billion) >> http://www.thisdaylive.com/articles/lagos-how-we-spent-n160bn-world-bank-loan-on-light-rail-project/188736/ Who are the thieves? Who are the looters? Who are we suppose to sweep out of office?

jaybee3:First personally It would be cool if we can get over with it, in regards to this election ... Many things are currently in a limbo right now. In as much as I know its is a political decision... I say it is logical because. 1. First ekiti and osun are special cases. They were just one state each, compared to this scenario where they have to maintain peace in over 34 states. 2. The military is currently enjoying successive wins over the insurgents thanks to the ongoing coalition... it would be bad timing to divert their focus to maintain peace in over 34 states. It would spread them thin both in manpower and resources. 3. It would be injustice and un progressiveness to deny the 4 states under the attack of boko-haram their right to vote. It is no news that APC and her goons have once insinuated that the reason boko haram have to been contained is because GEJ is behind it. that he wants to deny those states the opportunity to vote. This move from the presidency counteracts that sinister insinuation. 4. Him using a thousand officers for his campaign train is out of the question. The security of the commander in chief of the armed forces is a top priority. Finally postponement or not will not add or subtract any benefit to both sides. |
zealot4me:Very serious. extremely serious The reason for the military sounds logical. But I would have rather this election takes place Feb 14. Because this decision can lead to so many unforseen events. |
jaybee3:Jaybee my stance on Nigerian politics is very simple. PDP and APC are the same. They filled with the same touts and criminals. Elections in Nigeria are not yet completely free and fair but they are better than before. Both parties rig elections. We are just lucky to stumble on this piece of propaganda. Their are so many dirty things going under the hood in APC and PDP we will never know. One looks like a demon, The other disguises as an angel but they far much worse. Moreover what I have been focused so far is simple .... which is highlighting the hypocrisy of the APC and her supporters. You cced me to this thread, and yet I wonder why you are yet to cc me to this thread other >> https://www.nairaland.com/2131946/bakare-bombshell-how-forced-sign I intentionally cced to that comment among many other things to point out how you are 1. Making selective decisions 2. Failing to condemn an act irrespective of the party 3. Failing to Demand answers as a responsible citizen of the entity called Nigeria You only do all of the above if it suits or favors you political inclination and you turn around and demand the same from me. What do we call that. |
anonimi:CC: Jaybee. This is from a state run by a man shouting change |
Revolution: Did PDP forge Bakare's statement. Can you vow that If under Buhari"s CPC and Tinubus ACN, this happened that this can not still happen to Osinbanjo. What have you to say when people who can go to this length to carry out this sinister act are the same people pivoting them self as change. |
jaybee3:No I do not expect you to do that. The fact is if you actually believe your message that Nigerians should not make selective decision. That they should not fail to condemn an act irrespective of the party. That they should demand answers as a responsible citizen of the entity called Nigeria. When i raised the buhari's Ptf case, You would not rush to quickly exonerate buhari based on what Obasanjo said about him. You would instead ask him question, and hold him responsible the same way you hold GEJ responsible for the missing 1.15 billion. You would ask him if 2.5billion could go missing under your watch how am I sure more money would not go missing if I vote you in. You would ask him why did he fail to attend the Oputa panel when he was called up to clear the allegations brought on him. You would ask him why he declared Abacha as not corrupt ... a man know by the international community as a corrupt man If you actually believe you message have you ever asked Why under fahola lagos has risen to be one of the most corrupt states in Nigeria. Why are you not calling for his head by now. Why, Why, Why. Like I have always said Jaybee. The core reason why am pro GEJ aside many other factors is because APC's hypocrisy as a party stinks to high heavens. |
sexymoma:I do not think he is a pretender.. I think it is more like he lost interest in you or found someone else. That does not mean he never liked you or saw you as a future wife. I have once done most of this for a lady and still left her. Because reality dawned at me that she might not actually be the one. The more I knew her the more I saw Serious flaws, that I knew deep down I couldn't manage or leave with. I had to call it off, for both our good. |
jaybee3:Actually you are the one making a selective decision here. You are the one failing to condemn the act irrespective of the party. You are the one failing to demand answers as a responsible citizen of the entity called Nigeria. I say this because. You readily dismissed an allegation of 2.5 billion missing under buhari's PTF because Obasanjo cleared him, You failed to hold him responsible. Leme put it in proper perspective. Would you dismiss the allegation of this NNPC 1.5billion if GEJ comes up and clears Alision of it. You answers is as good as mine. So you see clearly the bane of my agst with APC. Their hypocrisy stinks to high heavens. As for this thread ... This audit report is a step in the right direction. NNPC should be made to refund the money and precautions should be made to prevent this from happening in the future. |
jaybee3:No I am not remotely suggesting that. I am basicly pointing out the hypocrisy of your party. 1.5 billion goes missing under GEJ. They say GEJ and Alison stole it. That they are thieves 2.5billon goes missing under Buhari's PTF, your response is that OBJ gave him a clean bill of health. Obj who is already biased is whom you respect his opinion. You all shout we will fight corruption while the most corrupt state in nigeria is Lagos an APC state. You all shout PDP has ruined Nigeria for the past 16years. While the same people who actually ruined and looted us dry are still the same people shouting change. |
jaybee3:2.8billionn naira went missing ununder buhari's watch in PTF what have you to say about that |
smartigo:Thanks for the correction that was a typo. I have already made my point clear in that post, if you are yet to get my drift I am sorry I can't help. Why should I spend my time Refuting an article not targeted at me. Moreover if I was to even refute my energy would be more focused on highlighting the hypocrisy of the Op and his party. |
CJ310:I am tired of going back an forth with people like you who are failing to see the real story behind this certificate saga. This thread I started is a perfect response to your fallacy. Enjoy > https://www.nairaland.com/2077644/buharis-certificate-saga-real-story |
englishmart:Which kain vice, Buhari should be working with EFCC. And leave the business of governing to technocrats like fashola an co. |
This is not a Tsunami this is simply a friendly tap on the shoulder. Your failure started with you calling your response a Tsunami. Its is better to under promise and over deliver. I expected more. If I am to write against GEJ in light of what you are trying to rebute... what you have up their is just scratching the surface. In fact the real reason I am pro GEJ is because I do not see APC as the real change, I have been able to see through their charade and come to realise ... GEJ is the better option. Also you dedicating a whole entry talking about his Idoma heritage was very laughable. Imagine a full grown man who claims he has limited time, decides to spend that limited time writing an entry based on conjecture and hear say. Him refuting it has put your Tsunami in shambles. This means your acclaimed tsunami has a weak foundation. That alone gave credence to your thought process. It highlighted how gullible you are. How you can easily base your conviction on hear say, conjectures and false foundation. If what you wrote is a tsunami. if one is to write about what APC as a party and those who has vested interest in her. The same people who are responsible for where we are today now rebranding them self as change ... If that piece is be written It would be called "The apocalypse" |
CJ310:The question is not whether he has a certificate or not. For F sake use your brain. The real story is that he lied under oath. For a man who you all pride as a man of integrity to tell Nigerians that his certificate is with the military while in reality it isn't, Should tell us alot about his strength of character. The immense hypocrisy of the APC is one reason I would never vote them. |
This is getting interesting.... |
MizMyColi:I think she already knows the options on the table by now. If she doesn't pickabeu 1 has done of good job of stating the possible decisions she can take. Moreover it is important, She moves on with her life. What ever decision she takes is upto her inasmuch as she knows deep down she can leave with the outcome. |
