What about Lagos? Can we say same for Lagos? Tinubu governed Lagos and later brought all his successors till date. What does that say about his leadership and visionary abilities. All Obis successors didn't see him as special. Even Soludo was disgusted by how he was being hyped by Anambarians.

But everyone can see that Tinubu is tackling all you highlighted above. The band A increment is an attempt to solve the power problem. Obis supporters will list all the problems but will not state one single solution. They are arm - chair critics. Why didn't Obi apply all his solutions to transform Anambra or current Otti.

Obis only economic strategy is being miserly. He does not know how to generate income. If he does he would have done so in Anambra as gov. Only Tinubu had the highest percentage increase in IGR in 1999.

We told them Tinubu is not Obis mate when it comes to strategic decisions. Tinubu is a professor of public governance. Obi would have been too confused with the enormity of decisions to take if he had won. Tinubu remains the most prepared politician for the Nigerian Presidency. There was a similar argument before the coming of Mtn, econet and others, and indeed they were expensive at first. But with time they become a utility for all including the poor. But the advantages far outweigh the initial challenges. With more power we can have a more productive society and we start producing for Africa. If Ghana can do it so can we. Though I know some people will turn the increment to political fight as they are doing with the band A increment now.

I agree with you that it should be faster. But I think half bread is better than none. There are too many deaths that are never accounted for in this country hence my view. We need to develop our autopsy system and coroner processes to learn from the death of others.

Government investing in power projects is not a smart move. That was the genesis of all the wasted monies by Obasanjo and others. Same happens every time government spends money on refineries in the past. It's better for government to create a conducive environment for private investors and allow them to invest in power projects rather than using government money. An example was the old govt telephone company, NITEL, compared to when private investors like MTN, ECONET,GLO entered the field. That revolutionalized the telecoms sector. Government should do same with power.

So, wards too have legal advisers ? Nigerian politics is a joke. Where is the Chairman, Vice Chairman, Secretary of the ward. So, only the 'legal adviser's is suspending him. Clowns !

He was a good governor… he did well for the Edos, but he tried to become Tinubu of Edo state. Oshmhiole becoming a senator is as a result of the goodwill he perform especially for Edo north and it ends there. If he was so relevant, he would have be able to install his own candidate as APC governorship candidate in Edo state… he wanted to play the Tinubu role in Edo state by installing his own stooges the way Tinubu do am for Yoruba land. But he failed, he is not that so relevant. LOL

I think being godfather and being relevant are not the same thing. You don't have to be a godfather to be relevant. How many people are able to successfully do what Tinubu has done over and over in Lagos? Even in the other SW states only Tinubu has done it. Truth is that Tinubu is an extraordinarily gifted politician. He has no equal anywhere in the country and it not because he is corrupt but because he is naturally gifted and hence command respect. Sustainable true leadership is not bought but earned.

Obi is completely clueless about so many things. He does not have what it takes to be president of Nigeria yet. He is only being pushed by his tribesmen who see him as their best option if gaining the presidency. Though, I sympathize with his tribe, I think they shouldn't have filed him against an accomplished achiever like Tinubu.

There are ways to criticise your govt without been destructive. At the end of the day you will reap what you sow. You can't want a better country and be wishing evil on it daily. It won't work. There is power in positive thinking if you don't know. That does not mean you cant disagree with your govt. But to be saying sadistic things like some obidients have done is unacceptable. Most of them are bigots.
