Regarding prayer this is what Jesus the only begotten Son of God, the one who will judge all our deeds said:

“Also, when you pray, do not act like the hypocrites, for they like to pray standing in the synagogues and on the corners of the main streets to be seen by men. Truly I say to you, they have their reward in full. But when you pray, go into your private room and, after shutting your door, pray to your Father who is in secret. So anyone praying to call the attention of others is NOT A BELIEVER IN CHRIST JESUS therefore it's wrong going to tell such a person to stop praying to his or her own god. What most people don't understand is that there are many demons today bearing that same name "Jesus" {2Corinthians 11:14} these demons are pretending to be Jesus and they are supporting what Jesus condemned {Ephesians 6:11} so those worshiping them are thinking they are worshiping Jesus whereas Jesus don't even know them! Matthew 7:21-23

There are two types of UNBELIEVERS:

1. Individuals who finds it hard to grasp the message we are preaching due to their background. If these ones are nice and kind hearted God will not judge them for their unbelieving until the 1,000 year reign of Christ. They will be resurrected to enjoy Paradise for at least 100 years as youths, they will not grow old but remain as youths for 100 years in Paradise. This opportunity will be given them because they have their own way of judging matters using their God's given conscience {Romans 2:14-15} but once they have witnessed what the Bible God promised believers for a hundred years yet feels they don't need to accept Jesus (through whom they were shown mercy) as Lord then they will die not as old people but even as they are 100+ years they will die as youths! Isaiah 65:20

2. Individuals who stubbornly rendered their God's given conscience dead. These ones at first don't understand the message of God's kingdom but they are seeing all the fulfillment of prophecies in the gathering of true Christians and they are eyewitnesses to all the good things God foretold about His worshipers during the end time. They intentionally chose to stand against faith in Christ and wanted God to approve their own way of handling matters something that is detestable in God's sight. Isaiah 64:6
Such individuals are judged instantly as they die and there is no resurrection for them {Psalms 9:17} but just like leaves that wither away they will be forgotten!

Do they relate with all members of their faith like brothers and sisters does in one family? Mark 10:29-30
Do they stay away from politics, racism and military services just like the first century disciples of Christ? John 17:14-16
That is what Jesus said will make love exist in the midst of his true disciples! John 13:34-35

Neither passage you refer to mentions a separate permanent heavenly destination for a numbered ruling group or any segregation . Both passages describe one people inheriting one earth.
The two-class framework is being built on top of these passages, not drawn from them. They are being recruited into a conclusion they do not state.

3. Why do people die and where are they now?

All these questions and many more are answered in the Bible that is why you need to examine what any of the book says before questioning one simply because of what the other says.

God never intended that man should live in heaven {Psalms 115:16} so earth is the only place habitable for humans because we are made of flesh just like other creatures. Psalms 37:9-11, 29; Proverbs 2:20-22
Heaven is for spirit creatures that is why Jesus promised his corulers whom he wanted to take along with him to heaven {John 14:1-3} that they will no longer live as humans but as spirit beings (angels) in their new destination. Luke 20:34-36

In any society the rulers have their own abode government house so Jesus promised that his corulers will be taken to heaven with him and of course they are limited in number! Revelation 7:5-8; 14:1

This is clear enough if you're not going into unnecessary arguments.
