Where is it written that the GB can give us salvation. Only faith in God and Jesus Christ is our means of salvation
I wonder o!

So when the first century disciples TRUSTED the Apostles and were submissive to directions from the first century Governing Body it means they were hoping for Salvation from the Apostles shey? smiley

We know Jehovah's witnesses in Lagos will go to Ogun state to do what they called seldom worked territory. They don't trust the brothers in Ogun state to cover those seldom worked territory despite being closer to the place than those in Lagos state.
Do the brothers in ogun support such arrangement by sending letters to the branch office of Jehovah's Witnesses regarding places they need help to cover?

Most of you just passed through the organization you never allowed the truth to pass through you.

Do the same happen with Churches of Christendom where they speak badly about their so called fellow worshipers?

If your lies and manipulations brains are working well you will see the words of Losch is not about Governing Body trusting Jesus and Jehovah. It is about Jehovah and Jesus completely trusting Losch and the rest. Where did Jehovah and Jesus said they have absolute and complete trust in Losch and then MaxInDHouse should have absolute trust in Losch?
Full response coming up. He cannot even define what trust means before he goes into his narratives cheesy cheesy cheesy
Regarding the assignment given to Jehovah's Witnesses Jesus said:

“Have no fear, little flock, for your Father has approved of giving you the Kingdom" Luke 12:32

What made Jehovah to approve millions under one small group to become so OBEDIENT to them to the extent that people the world over can testify to it that Jehovah's Witnesses are humbly submitting to the directions given by the Governing Body?

The answer is simple my guy, Jehovah and Jesus had absolute trust in the GB can't you see how difficult as in extremely difficult for Ex-jws to find any other group they can work with? smiley

2. Trust your fellow brothers and sisters to a reasonable degree..... Losch
One line of thought delusions MaxInDHouse wants to redefine with his lies and manipulations filled brains.
Are you now scared to quote me on the topic?

Well for your information i have no business with how many times my brother or sister had sex with his spouse so there's nothing to trust in that unless they bring their case to the body of elders and even at that we must thread with caution because what God has joined together no man should come in between them.

So on what ground should i trust my brothers and sisters?

We do so when my brothers and sisters said they have covered a particular territory it's based on TRUST that even the Governing Body in our headquarters BELIEVE that such places has been covered.

Do you know why different religions in your neighborhood claiming they are Christians build worship centers in places where they still see other worship centers?

Well it's LACK OF TRUST that's why you will see two to three RCCG churches within the same location yet they claim they're working for the same person (Jesus)

Why can't they TRUST that their brothers and sisters in that area have covered the territory during their "let's go a fishing" campaign?

So you need to know what TRUST means and on what should TRUST be based! smiley

Emusan:
One line of thought.
Jesus has one line of thought with his father {John 10:30} and prayed for all his disciples to have the same line of thought with himself and his Father! John 17:22

But on what goal does Jesus share the same line of thought with his father?

He himself explained that it's based on the ASSIGNMENT given to him {John 8:28} but on other things Jesus differs in thinking from his father that's why he could tell his father in prayer:

“Abba, Father, all things are possible for you; remove this cup from me. Yet, not what I want, but what you want.” Mark 14:36

From the above scripture it's clear that they are not always on the same line of thought but regarding the assignment binding them together which is the salvation of mankind Jesus is ever ready to submit to whatever his father decides.

So the same is what i always tell you people that when it comes to the channel that should direct the work we are doing in connection with Jehovah and his son Jesus Christ all of us have the same line of thought that it's the Governing Body we are to follow in doing that work! Hebrews 13:7

Do you understand me now? smiley

You want me to go into your usual madness and insanities of redefining words like trust and main purpose of trust now that your GODS of men are exposed as liars grin grin grin
Here is what trust means grin grin grin grin
Since Jehovah and Jesus completely trust the faithful and discreet slave should we not do the same? So who do you trust? You fully trust Jehovah, Jesus and faithful and discreet slave.
To a reasonable degree you also trust all your fellow brothers and sisters....... Gerrit Losch
Lies and manipulations dey your brains. To a reasonable degree Losch said you trust and should trust Aemmyjah and Janosky aka JaNosense but completely trust Losch. grin grin grin grin grin
Had your brains not always ready to defend your GODS of men you will show me scripture where Jehovah said you should completely trust Losch in the Bible.
When you quote or mention someone do you expect the person to ignore you or you want to reason with the person?

If you're not interested in reasoning it's OK i'm not under obligation to respond to you but if you want a meaningful discussion i'm open minded.

The word TRUST comes to mind when you have to deal with someone so it's based on the mutual agreement regarding a goal which you want to achieve that such trust should be based. For instance Jesus' disciples are expected to TRUST him yet he never decides for them on:
•What to eat or drink.
•What to put on their bodies.
•Sex with their spouse or how frequent.

So on what goal are they expected to TRUST Jesus?

It's about the assignment given to servants of God in the endtime. Jesus' disciples are to put faith in what God's son says regarding how the work should be carried out, way and manner of approach so that they can fish out those with pure hearts, that's all.

Apart from that Jesus has no business with my choice of food, drinks, clothing or sex life so far none of these will hinder the assignment he gives his disciples to carry out.

So if someone now say you don't trust Jesus the next question you're to ask the person is:

On what aspect?

Trusting the Governing Body is based on the assignment Jesus gave his disciples to carry out in this time of the end so i completely trust this group as the only channel God is using to direct that work because the Bible clearly stated what i should expect of the group that's doing the right thing regarding this assignment in the Bible book of Isaiah 2:2-4; Micah 4:1-3 and Jesus also said that the fruit (result) of the teachings of each religion will help observers to know the source of such groups if they are form God or from men! Matthew 7:15-20

So on that note i completely have absolute trust in the Governing Body of Jehovah's Witnesses.
Christianity Etc › Re: If King David Didn't Commit Suicide, Why Should You Go For One? by MaxInDHouse(m): 9:33am On Aug 19, 2024
David has what Billions don't have:
Hope!
He said:

The righteous shall inherit the earth, and dwell therein for ever. Psalms 37:29

So like the righteous man Job who said:

O that in the Grave you would conceal me, That you would hide me until your anger passes by, That you would set a time limit for me and remember me! If a man dies, can he live again? I will wait all the days of my compulsory service Until my relief comes. You will call, and I will answer you. You will long for the work of your hands. Job 14:13-15

David believe that God will forgive the blunders of repentant sinners because they are imperfect:

As far off as the sunrise is from the sunset, So far off from us he has put our transgressions. As a father shows mercy to his sons, Jehovah has shown mercy to those who fear him. For he well knows how we are formed, Remembering that we are dust. Psalms 103:12-14

So he knew that it's only unrepentant sinners that will not be pardoned:

The wicked will retreat toward the Grave, All the nations who forget God. Psalms 9:17

He is certain that God will bring back sanity to the earth and make sure no evildoers will be there:

Keep silent before Jehovah And wait expectantly for him. Do not be upset by the man Who succeeds in carrying out his schemes. Let go of anger and abandon rage; Do not become upset and turn to doing evil. For evil men will be done away with, But those hoping in Jehovah will possess the earth. Just a little while longer, and the wicked will be no more; You will look at where they were, And they will not be there. But the meek will possess the earth, And they will find exquisite delight in the abundance of peace. Psalms 37:7-11

So those having hope like David will never ever commit suicide that's why Jesus sent his disciples out to go preaching and teaching people about the Good News of God's kingdom the only HOPE of mankind! Matthew 6:10

May you have PEACE!

According to the Bible, there are three groups of people who reject wisdom: “inexperienced ones,” “ridiculers,” and “foolish ones.” {Prov. 1:22-25} The “inexperienced ones” are those who are naive, easily persuaded, or deceived. {Prov. 14:15} Think, for example, of the millions who are being misled by religious or political leaders. Some are horrified when they learn that they have been fooled by such leaders. But those mentioned at Proverbs 1:22 choose to remain inexperienced because they like it that way. Jer. 5:31
They do not want to learn what the Bible says or to be held accountable to its standards. We certainly do not want to imitate those who are willfully ignorant!—Prov. 1:20

Christianity Etc › Re: Why Are They Refusing To Listen? by MaxInDHouse(m): 6:35am On Aug 19, 2024
There is no message in what you're saying so it will make no sense at all to any sane individual but let's say you approach someone and start by asking:

(don't read the Bible until your listener asks you to tell if you know the answer)

Why is it that morality in most places is dying away? 2Timothy 3:1-5

What is happening to our dead loved one now? Ecclesiastes 5:5-10

World is filled with violence, things are getting harder and we are scared of the future of our children, is this how things will continue to be? Matthew 6:10 compare to Psalms 37:7-11

With these approaches nobody will object to your message in fact they will not know where you are driving at until you introduce the only solution to mankind's problems: God's Kingdom or God's Government where only the good will be allowed to live! Matthew 10:7

Threatening your listener with some fairy Hell stories won't yield anything positive though the REAL meaning of Hell is Grave but that is a topic for another time! smiley
Christianity Etc › Re: JW 022 How Do You Define Extremism In Religion? by MaxInDHouse(op): 6:14am On Aug 19, 2024
Dsimmer:
A religion become extremist when it doesn't respect the aboriginal heritage and identity but wants to force its identity on the aborigines who are living in their own territories.

First, if you think there's God who's knowledgeable, then you should equally believe that he should be aware of the several identities he created and should understand all the different languages. So if anyone refuses to acknowledge such but wanting to force his nonsensical identity on others in other people 's territory, it only shows that he and his god are stupid, limited, useless, and can't comprehend nada because if his god is knowledgeable, his god should know there are different cultures, identities and languages.

For example, while I recognize the similarities between Yoruba religion and Christianity, this doesn't mean Yoruba don't understand all these similar words in their Yoruba language. Yoruba are simply speaking and writing their own language while understanding everything in their own language such as Eledumare, Olorun, Oluwa, Ìyè Ayeraye as the names of the supreme creator, irrespective of the similarities with the Jewish names for the supreme creator (El, Elyon, Eloah/Elowah, Yahweh).

Yoruba are simply speaking and writing their own language. There's also Ela who is the begotten child (Omoloju Olodumare) which is the visible manifestation of Olodumare (Ìyè Ayeraye) who's a spirit according to Yoruba religion. This Ela who's Omoloju Olodumare was later revealed to the world as a flesh born of a virgin woman (Oyigi) according to Yoruba religion. Hence, the European Christians say "Jesus (Yeshu) is Lord (Elah)". Anyways, the point is Yoruba understand the meaning of Ela in Yoruba. The word Ela in Yoruba has several meanings ranging from light, clarity, intelligence, enlightenment, purity (righteousness).. This Ela who's the visible manifestation of Olodumare was then revealed to the world by becoming flesh born of a virgin woman.

So Basically, Yoruba understand all these in their own language and are simply speaking and writing their own language. As a matter of fact, Everyone should speak in a language they understand while speaking to their supreme creator. No one should force anyone else's identity on others because of any religion. Not to mention the attempt of some criminal idiots wanting to destroy someone's heritage & identity in his own territory because of one foreign religion. Na craze? As a matter of fact, What Olodumare (Ìyè Ayeraye) expects from humans is integrity/righteousness and also making use of their intelligent creativity to improve, invent and civilize their community for the better, just like his visible manifestation (the begotten child) had done by creating the universe which is an intelligent creative world 💥

Secondly, if anyone's aim is to go to someone else's territory which is not his but aims to destroy it, it shows how useless he is, to begin with. He's simply a criminal. End of.

Thirdly, if a person is a pedophile, he's a criminal! End of.
I agree with everything you said and that's how it supposed to be.
So if i may ask what has Olodumare been doing about wars and killings among people of all nations as you asserted that he is the Creator?
Thanks in advance for your anticipated response! smiley

read my post again. I said this criminal report by op. Isn't that enough?
Well you may like to know what those bloggers are muddling up as child abuse to accuse Jehovah's Witnesses.
Note that such reports aren't heard in this part of the world and all those accused are elderly men who are fathers, it may surprise you to know that in those countries ordinarily screaming at your own child or disciplining your own child is tantamount to child abuse in those countries.
So when a child over there chooses to become a rebel in the family or gotten the support of some extended family members who aren't Jehovah's Witnesses they will back the child to report his or her father to the authorities since it's fathers who takes the lead in disciplining their children, that's why they are arresting parents and posting their pictures claiming they are abusing kids of course adding SEX to it will make the stories captivating to people who doesn't like Jehovah's Witnesses before.
But if you go to the root of the matter it's about parents disciplining their children that's called child abuse in those countries.

Now do you think an African child could call for the arrest of his or her own parents here?
NO!
Because nobody will say it's wrong for parents to beat their stubborn children and the child himself or herself knows that there is nobody who can take care of them here in Africa better than their own parents!

Please i'm sorry for misquoting you! smiley

Why do we have 40,000 denominations?
It's because people have decided to follow the doctrines of men, rather than the teachings of the Holy Spirit. Every denomination is one man (or small group) interpreting scriptures based on their own personal circumstances or interests - even JW.
Was it not certain people in the past that came up with your doctrines? Did they not say they read the scriptures and we're taught by divine inspiration? How come you're told now that they must teach you?
One thing makes JWs the only organization that is QUALIFIED to teach all humans on planet earth:
