2016, Fashola begs the contractors to return to site and promised they would receive their pay once budget is passed. Need I remind you that N50bn was set aside for that project in 2016 budget and as soon as the budget was approved, the funds were instantly released with the contractors scrambling back to site.

You are the one with childish brain here. That Fashola is taking over to continue from where his predecessor stopped on a project, does it make him the initiator or master minder of the project. The previous govt has made all necessary arrangements, negotiations, and set out modalities on ground with good and experienced contractors to execute the job and paid them the first agreed amount. The only thing Fashola did here was performing his duty as supposed by just making their money available to them to go back to site. Now tell me how is this project his own? If the previous govt did not with the high level of intelligence and technical know-how award and start up this project, Fashola and his team will not know what to do on the road. He will mess it up the way he messed up the power sector.

NO court order was violated, I repeated none. What happened was that EFCC was smart enough to re-arrest them on another charge.(I had dealt with this issue before) Court give you bail, EFCC feels not right, they simply slam another charge on you and have every right to detain you.

You signed the agreement and you must perform on it. You took Billions from Union bank and failed to pay back, do you want Union bank to collapse and send workers back into the Labour market?
