I doubt you did. If you did you would see that i already acknowledged Amaechi's inadequacies.
Concerning worst governor; you must be kidding. You have never heard of a man called TA Orji. He is my state governor and I am convinced the man is a gift from the fiery furnace. Amaechi is bad but nowhere near as bad as you make him out to be. He is locquacious and did almost nothing in his second tenure. He did very well in his first term.
However, most of the insecurity and infractions in Rivers state are directly due to Patience Jonathan's interference.

As much as I agree with you as it concerns Amaechi, same and even worse can be said about GEJ.
A great deal of the insecurity and fracturing oF Rivers state can be traced to Patience Jonathan and her desire to have the state in her bra.
I seriously doubt it would have been this insecure if she did not arrogate to herself powers that are not hers.
At least Amaechi was voted for, Patience never contested an election the last time i bothered to check.

If subsidy is the reason, why is aviation fuel scarce?
Why is diesel scarce?
Why is kerosene scarce?

My views on Amaechi are well documented on this site, however this is one booby trap for Wike. As powerful a politician as he is, thus is one big mess. They will be in and out of court for the next two years. Their allocation will be withheld at source if he refuses to recognize them and the Timothy nsirim treatment will be reserved for him.
At the end of the day, the masses will suffer most.
