Yes I agree. However, Agabje's supporters talk as if he is overwhelmingly popular and Bode George can give him the ticket. NO!!!

Politics is more than talk. How many of his supporters are in Nigeria; even those in Nigeria, do they have voter's card?

Can Agbaje stand Tinubu and his murderous tendencies? Any Lagos PDP aspirant should be ready to be hunted by Tinubu and his boys. Can Agbaje withstand it?? Funsho Williams could not, can Agbaje stand it?
This boring story of Tinubu killing Funsho Williams has died a natural death. Try something else.

Uncle Jimmy has entered one chance o.
He can forget my vote.
Jimmy Agbaje is the only living soul that can make me consider voting for PDP (as I am not convinced Ambode is the beter choice for ACN) but with a godfather like George (who is worse than Tinubu) , I give up.

Politics › Nigeria Tragedy: SA Rolls Out Repatriation Plan by mbulela(op): 11:59am On Nov 15, 2014
http://www.citypress.co.za/news/nigeria-tragedy-sa-rolls-repatriation-plan/

A team appointed to expedite the repatriation of the remains of 85 people from South Africa who died when a church building collapsed in Lagos will leave for Nigeria today.

“A mass body repatriation team consisting of 80 specialist members from the department of health, the SA Police Service and the SA Military Health Service will today leave South Africa for Nigeria to begin the process of repatriating the mortal remains,” said government spokesperson Phumla Williams today.

“Upon touching down in Lagos, the team will be split into three groups and each will simultaneously work on the preparation of the mortal remains at the three mortuaries,” she said.

A guest house belonging to the Synagogue Church Of All Nations in Lagos, headed by preacher TB Joshua, collapsed on September 12, killing 116 people.

They included 81 South Africans and three Zimbabweans and one Democratic Republic of Congo national using South African travel papers.

The repatriation process would follow strict safety procedures in order to safeguard the team from potential risks.

“Due to the number of the deceased, and the time period since the incident, the repatriation will be carried out in line with strict procedures to ensure that the mortal remains are repatriated in a dignified manner while also taking appropriate precautions,” said Williams.

Two aircraft had been secured for the repatriation operation.

“The first aircraft is a passenger plane that will transport the repatriation team, as well as other role players,” said Williams.

“The second aircraft is an Antonov 124 cargo plane that will transport eight vehicles and specialised equipment.”

Four of these vehicles were forensic pathology trucks, which were specially designed to transport remains from disaster situations.

“The forensic pathology trucks have sufficient capacity to transport all identified bodies at the right conditions,” said Williams.

Before the team departs from Nigeria with the bodies, it would be handed over to Minister in the Presidency Jeff Radebe, the special envoy to Nigeria, tomorrow.

The two aircraft, transporting both the remains and the repatriation team, would then leave Nigeria tomorrow evening and would be expected to arrive at the Waterkloof Air Force Base in Pretoria on Sunday morning.

Once the aircraft arrive at the base, government would host a formal reception ceremony.

The event would be private and would be restricted to accredited personnel.

“At the end of the formal reception ceremony, the mortal remains will be transported by road to the closest government… mortuaries in the different provinces,” said Williams.

“From there the mortal remains will be transported to the government mortuary closest to the place of burial where they will be received by their next-of-kin.”

Private funerals would then be held for the individual building collapse victims.

“The department of health would guide the family-appointed private funeral directors on how to manage the remains in line with the relevant health protocols,” said Williams.

Why didn't the Pa micheal build before he died? Tuface can decide to build whenever he wants to build and shouldn't be forced to build, actually he can decide not to build at all. Atleast we know he takes care of his responsibilties and family so maybe his father never wanted him to build when he was alive. And as for his mother telling him not to build, in as much as she denied it, there's nothing wrong with it. She knows these villagers so well and knows that it is of no use now. It is senseless to say she stopped him, she would have stopped him before he even started the foundation of the house. So money constraints stopped him which doesn't make him broke but in his priorities there is no use going out of his way to build a house that nobody will live in at that period of ebola and not to forget that he probably paid all the bill of the burial alone.
Besides, 2face has lots of houses in Lagos.
He is into real estate big time.
So maybe he is just not keen on a village house with no economic benefit.
Hose or no house, the old man don die and has been buried.

We need to get it straight. If there's any country yo watch of for in 15/20 years time then the country is definitely Nigeria. As for the US, they don't what such to happen and that's the reason they are doing all they can to see our beloved country scatter. They said i. "Nigeria will divide come 2015 and they are doing a'll they can yo make it a reality but unfortunately our politicians insensitiv. During the Ebola outbreak us refused to assist but Go. In is mercy saw us through. Just of recent they (us) declared our beloved present the richest president in the world (WTF) Unfortunately our politicians and some of us are holding onto the claim which we all know it nothing but lies. Now they (us) refused to do businesses with us.

if only we can stand as one, believe me the world will be begging to do business with us in 15 years time

Reason why the US has always refused to assist Nigeria
1) they have come to a point where they've got nothing to new to offer to the world
2) they see potentials in africa (Nigeria)
3) if they are not the ones sponsoring the boko boys definitely they got hands in it because I'm sure by now we all know the boko boys are been sponsored by outsider but with the help of insider (if there's no insider even with our ak47 we would had defeated them long ago

conclusion weather the American or our selfish politicians like it or not, NIGERIA will STAND and they shall hide their faces in shame
Some of you are almost delusional in your optimism. I often wonder which reality your hope is based on? You see a ship sinking fast under the gudiance of an inept captain and you are talking plenty. Nigerians like you actually think America does not have more important things to worry about. Get serious!

Is this man a veteran lawyer? I don't like his argument, not sequential and with too many contradictory points.

BTW the court can't make a judgment based on what Tambuwal said when he was defecting. Whether he mentioned division in PDP or not, he will still use division in PDP to defend himself in court.

So, why is that old man talking like someone that studied theatre arts and not Law? He even said he's not interested in the Law? NBA should withdraw that man's license to practice.
He simply implied that without even looking at the legal implications, common sense dictates that all political porters should resign. Interesting only three Nigerians with the right to practice law, Mr. Agbakoba will be one of them. He is that good,in words and in deeds.

There are many people sitting in the National Assembly and many governors who have defected. When Olusegun Mimiko, the Governor of Ondo State left the Labour Party for the PDP, heavens did not fall.

That is absolute double standard. There is no question about that.
Politics › Re: Ken Saro Wiwa's Last Words Before His Execution On 10 Nov. 1995 by mbulela: 6:02am On Nov 11, 2014
Ymodulus:
Ken Saro wiwa is an epitome example of how a country and its government should not let a foreign company exploit them all in the name of Oil , money. Its a trajectory case of an economic prophet seeing the harm a non indeginous company can wreck on indigenes of the location where the company So-Sits.

While I never knew Ken saro wiwa. Having x-rayed his non-violent campaign and struggle for light for his people and the way he his not been imortalised. I am soo worried and had to ask myself several questions about PDP , APC, Nigerian Masses

1. Has Jonathan read about Ken's history?
2. If yes then why has he not used this opportunity to effect change and actualize that goal Ken Saro Wiwa wanted. Why has he failed to realized that this is the time he needs to look beyond Umbrellized covering, so as to do something great for his nation
3. Why has the People Democratic Party not made shell face up for its crimes? Even the united state in 2009 made shell faced for the court for ken saro wiwa killings

Looking at ken saro wiwa struggle and the way he was killed, coupled with the fact that the Nigerian leaders had Saro Wiwa and his movement sentenced to death without option of Appeal all for money, I am troubled that A PROGRESSIVE WILL NEVER RULE THIS NATION

KEN SARO WIWA was a true progressive like GENERAL MUHAMMAD BUHARI. Ken was recognized, valued and cherished by the international community at larged, same way General Muhammad Buhari, Tinubu, Fashola have been worshipped and valued by the international communities.

For a country whose oil resources could have lead it to become one of the wealthiest in Africa, the Niger Delta region remains an impoverished conflict zone and is still dominated by the transnational oil companies which continue to pollute the area’s water and resources.

The memory and the courageous efforts of Ken Saro-Wiwa would live on. I know if he was alive he would have been a member of the All Progressive Congress. Sir Ken, i would like to tell you that even at your death you are already a member. Saro wiwa I love you. But the APC Progressives love you most.

Fellow Nairalanders, the story of ken saro wiwa is a valid reason as to why we need to vote APC to power come 2015. Let me live you with the modified words of a heroic progressive by name Chinua Nkelom Achebe

"There was a progressive" - Albert Chinualumogu Achebe.

Must you politicize everything.?
APC is no different from PDP. Calling them Progressives is an insulted the word.
If Ibori joins APC after his return from prison, you will still call him a progressive.
What ideology does your APC espouse? Besides bashing the clueless GEJ?
Saro-Wiwa was a man on a godly mission.mentioning in with APC in the same sentence is an insult and you should apologise to the man's memory.

With all this talk of roads as if they are the only dividend of governance,we need to tell ourselves that no for will fix all the roads in a state like Lagos state in ten years. It is a painful reality. In the face of several constraints; limited funds (don't be fooled by all this talk of billions. As the money plenty, na so govt liabilities plenty too), our poor maintenance culture ( yes govt is to blame but that one is an institutional and systemic issue that will have to be discussed separately ; ministry guys collecting bribe to approve poor quality jobs and contractors spending half of the cost on egunje), our non existent local govt etc.

fashola is a celebrated rogue
As usual the truth is in the middle.
Fashola is not all his propaganda machine hype him up to be. He has done well but nowhere as well as the APC guys will want you yo believe. The complexities of governing a place like Lagos cannot be compared by any sane person to a backyard like akwa ibom.thelogistics of raising funds in lagos cannot be compared with the routine of collecting oil money from abuja for akwa ibom and even rivers.
We must not swing from one extreme to another.
If you call Fashola a celebrated rogue them you have to come up with a new word for Akpabio.

Why bring to life a kid/possibly kids we can't afford to provide with things they want and you have to start going to sister's to get them things.

Sex outside marriage without protection is one of the highest form of irresponsibility in my view.
To realize that females are more interested in pregnancy avoidance pills than STDs is a failures sex education in the society. Most of the abortion scenarios are completely avoidable and the argument of pro life and choice are often irrelevant in the grand scheme of things.
