This is an interesting piece and a great reminder of the past.
Nigeria today is not the same at the time of Shagari. We have become more sophisticated in every areas of our thought, perception and relationship and therefore need a strict, proactive and well focused leader. GEJ and GMB, the popular two contenders must be weighed in such a way that only the best is good enough. GEJ's close to 6yrs has no significant impact on our lives. These years can best be described as the years of the locusts.
GMB has demonstrated good leadership before and one is therefore convinced that if given the chance, the people's general will not disappoint Nigerians.

The Islamic teachings has to do with this satanic decisions, otherwise what does it profit a sane man to embark on this kind of mission. With GEJ, Nigeria is in trouble. The President is no more a symbol of patriotism and unity which only GMB can restore.
