7 years is ok but anything beyond that may create old age complex |
It should be within acceptable gap to both parties. However, it shouldn't be more than 7 years unless the babe is the "second-hand" type. |
Our greatest problem is our pride and sense of judgement. For instasnce, before any major match that involves us and any other country, we had already assumed a win for ourselves without considering that there is no such word like 'minor' anymore as far as the round leather game is concern. These attitudes tend to slow down our preparations cum performance. Regrettably, we have failed to always learn. I think we should be more focused on preparations and be determined to win whenever there was a match between Nigeria and any other country. In any case, the Super Eagles have disappointed Nigerians particularly sports lovers. |
All the contributions are wonderful. On my experience, something of that nature occured. But thank God, I was able to resist it; but kept it to my self in order not to cause embarrassment. The rest is history now. |
My friend, nairaland is noted for correct information. Ch facts before making any post. Almost all the banks you mentioned are wrong |
There is nothing like elope. All righteousness must be fulfilled. |
To me, the Igbos have contributed so much to the development of Lagos especially in the area of commerce. I believe they deserve some level of recognition. The Lagos State Governor has realized this and that was why an Igbo son is appointed to the State cabinet. One thing is clear; Governor Fashola is a very reasonable person. therefore one cannot just advance blames for this action. I am sure something cogent must have informed this decision. I can only advise the governor to look at the move critically as it relates to the constitution and Nigerians' rights to assembly. But in all sincerity we ought to kill this tribal dichotomy. As someone from Delta State, i am sometimes pained and if I had my way, the first thing I would have done about this tribal discrimination was to go to Maryland in Ikeja. If you ask me for what; to pull down that statue in which only the major three ethnic tribes are seen carrying Nigeria afterall, Ibo, Hausa, and Yoruba alone does not make Nigeria. Let us see "Us" as Nigerians |
Whoever is not proud of his colour is not fit to live. Tradition marriage predates history. It is a way of showing appreciation to parents of a wife to be. It is worth it. It is good and should be continously practiced. Even God sees it as the real solemnization and not the so-called white one which sometimes undermine the consent of parents and indirectly exposing both the guy and the babe to fornication in the sight of the Creator. |
Do you know the problem with most of you who responded to this post? It is your inability to undestand what taste and culture is. In any case, indomie can never be the best. I have tried most of them but none is as good as Mimi Noodles. It is rich in nutrients. However, it is still not the best too. |
This is nice but I don't have full control of my time. Still considering available options anyway |
In Naija, the concept of cheap labour is now deep-rooted. People are poorly motivated and that's the reason why results are also poor. For instance, I work in an indigenous oil coy, and it's like being exploited. Peanuts men; salary ranges from 40-60k per a month. Bullshit of course! |
Simply signs of the end-time, and it is only unfortunate that the stupid pastor allowed himself to be a victim. |
Larry O:I would like to hear the bedroom and telephone names. One could learn something from them |
mip:My dear, the dynamics of marriage sometimes alter our plans after tying the 'nuptial' What do you think? |
Hmm:That is the word! Selfishness. Come to think of it, how many of these guys/babes can stick to one when not married. |
Veracious:What a spontaneous reaction! Truly natural and pure, if I may add |
Seun, It is highly advisable to circumcize the male child both on traditional and on health grounds. Remember, one man's misfortunes cannot be used for generalization. consider the circumcized and the un-circumcized ![]() |
moladun:what a wonderful w-o-r-l-d ! |
I really do not know the kind of world we are living in. A world that is full of greed, covetousness, jealousy, selfishness among other wicked and terrible vices. I pray that he (Tuface) recovers and quickly too. But if the contrary, we his fans are happier that he's stamped his feet on the sands of time; and i can assure you that those behind his travails shall be brought to book by the forces of Karma. Amen |
