ive noticed ppl on this section calling Candida the fungal infection 'toilet disease' could this toilet disease be Trichomonas , usually accompanied by smelly vaginal discharge and contacted by sitting on dirty toilet seats. Pls note that the treatments are different. Candida is also more commonly transmitted via sex or may occur as a result of a change in the internal envronment of the female eg immunosuppression, drugs , nutrition etc.
The only similarity b/w the 2 appears to be ITCHING

Has yuor frnd done a high vaginal swab. U nd to do this before u decide to treat for candida or not. I think u r jumping the gun taking injections. Go for a test. It cld be PID which cld render her infertile so time is of the essence.

There r hardly any facilities here for ascertaining that. Drs here rely mostly on clinical observations like the 'doll's eyes test' which u can do by urself. Turn the head of the unconcious patient while the eyes are open. Turning the head to the right should make the eyes go left & vice versa.
If this doesnt happen u can BEGIN to suspect brain death.

When we 1st started in 2007. We were approached by 7 patients .6 were hiv +ve 1 had Tuberculosis.
After 3 months of taking CS the lady with the TB was clean. Her dr cldnt belive it. 1 of the hiv patients reported back to us his test came out -ve. The other 5 never gave us feedback.
