Just to clear this up- Django is an application framework and not a CMS.

That said, there will be little or no law preventing people from using a nulled theme and do design at 5k. The thing is if you charge 5k, or 10k as a developer/designer, you are as good as your work looks. Heck, some even advertise E-commerce for 15k on this platform (I charge atleast 70k-90k for that or you go). You can even do it for free because you do not place value on your time, or maybe you are fresh out of a 1-2 month web design programme (you probably have no idea about a lot of things that surround planning,building, launching & maintaining a website).

For me, I can't be bothered. People get scammed on a daily basis especially those who go for cheap services. Good developers abound and its just a matter of time for your prospective clients to discover you and hire you. When they see your works and how you conduct yourself, they will agree with your fee.

In conclusion, if you wish to earn better fees, you could upgrade your skills set so you could either do UI/Ux design, web application or design mobile apps. There's money in development if you stay focused and grow your expertise (either as a freelancer or employed).

Remember, skills comes first before money flows it. Sadly, a lot of newbie devs out there get it backwards.

Today's acceptability and tomorrows reality=>JS all the way. MEAN Stack to be precise. MongoDb, Express, Angular, Nodejs.
Add a bit of Core PHP to it. No need for php framework.

I have about 5 domains with them. Two have expired despite thr fact that I've paid for their renewal.

I even try transfering the domains to another host but they need to remove the registrar lock. I cannot get them to do that.

Some guys went to their office in lekki last month but their office is locked and neighbors said they have not been open for 3 weeks.

It's unfortunate.

I did check it out and that was why i recommended wordpress. I do not like to repeat myself but if you still prefer blogger, get a template.

My advice is to start over on wordpress. You do not have the skills yet to make a blogger site "standard". You may only try but it will still look amateurish. Maybe get a good looking template but you should really consider Wordpress(self-hosted).
