i take at least in a day 8 sachet water.

I stopped softdrinks a while now
I still eat noodles and spag though

Also no sugar wether cube or granulated.

If you have e stopped soft drink and you do t take alcohol then also stop sugar the pain will immediately start to go little by little.

If the pain is that severe then take tetracycline like 4 at once and the pain will stop immediately.

Stop alcohol.
Stop all soft drink.
Stop eating noodles and spaghetti
Drink lots and lots of water.

Had a similar experience here in benin city.
All I did was to remove one pipe as I deduced with my calculations that the pipe is closer to the ground and as such when I start pumping it scatters the dirt underground the river before it now settles and start pumping clean water.

Remove one pipe or cut half of a section of the pipe as the pipe is too close to the bottom.

Krill fish looks like small shrimps while crayfish looks more like small lobsters (that is, they also have pincers). However, they are very different and do not even look alike at all. Most importantly, Nigerians did not come up with the name, crayfish.

Fun fact 1: Because these crustacean taste alike and have similar nutritional values, people don't go the extra length of separating them by type when captured. Instead, they are separated by size. This is why you see krills and small shrimps together.

Fun fact 2: We do not have crayfish in African waters. This is the reason you don't see it amongst other crustaceans we buy together.
