How do one avoid being ban if you're trying to check for a date for the first time? Like you haven't pick any date yet but want to take your time and get a favourable date. I learnt people get ban trying to check for date too

Don't log in more than 3 times in a day. You can do early in the Morning between 8:00 - 10:00 AM, in the evening and late at Night. Joining date search groups also help as some other person can log in at other times and if there are favorable dates, the person will share.

Someone shared favorable dates sometime here. I wish people can share information here as some of these groups created, I have come to discover are actually owned by individuals and one way or the other you might be lured into patronizing their services as they have mastered that art. So be very careful of the group you join, make sure the group is purely for date search.

Hello, please I wanted to book appointment date for my sister in Abuja. The earliest date I am seeing there is in October. She is planning to go for fall semester. I needed a closer date. I thought since it’s her first application, I will be able to get one closer. I wanted to ask what are the latest ways of getting earlier dates for new applicants. I don’t know if maybe I should book the October date and later request for emergency appointments if that is still working. Please update me on the latest on how I can easily get a closer date. If you can, hold on for while and keep checking before you do your first scheduling (that is picking the earliest date available). They usually release close dates as time go on but if you can't hold a little, then book the earliest date you can find and reschedule later (Remember you can only reschedule once and you are left with emergency appointment).

There is a way to go about rescheduling without getting banned or warned that you have visited the page often. This has been explained here several times and it's working. Once you have booked the earliest appointment date and want to check for earlier dates that you wish to reschedule to. Click on "Cancel Appointment" but don't click on final yes to cancel your appointment oh, clicking on it will show you an earlier date. If that is the date you want, then log out or close your browser, log back in immediately to reschedule to that favourable date. (Remember, you can only reschedule once).

Using the "Cancel Appointment" tab is one way to circumvent the warning or ban if you click the reschedule appointment often.

Honestly, I do not know why they are doing this since the naira has gained so far. They have refused to reflect the current naira value on the pricing of the visas.

1. Yes SEVIS fee can be paid from the UK but tell the person paying for you that he or she should look for a Western Union outlet ( ie, gas station, hypermarket, pharmaceutical store, bank, etc) that has "Bill Pay " (only WU outlet with Bill Pay facility can pay SEVIS fee).

2. Before the above , go to SEVIS website and fill your own payment coupon . You will copy your SEVIS ID (as reflected on your Form I 20) as well as your school SEVIS CODE on the coupon . Print it out or download it and forward to the person assisting you in the UK. The person must tender the payment coupon to the Western Union outlet to make the payment on your behalf.

3. Go to USA embassy website or GTB for your last question. Or someone might be able answer that.
