Arent you somewhat contradicting yourself, given what you wrote earlier?? cheesy

If biafra is what you just described, then why the initial post?

You ehn.

When some people call Buhari a "dulkard" yet compare the agitation for biafra with Palestine, you cannot but wonder who the dullard really is.

Is Palestine a state? Yes, it is a state recognized by over 90% of the countries in the world, with the exception of Uncle Sam and some of her closest allies . What the people of Palestine seek is an end to OCCUPATION by a belligerent and disproportionately powerful neighbor and an end to decades of blockade- and NOT SECESSION.

Furthermore, they seek membership of UN amd have yet to get that because US keep bullying members of the Security Council into frustrating any such action. But so far, theyve been granted an "observer status", and for them, that is a good step.

Pray tell, where the hell is biafra on the world map? Who is her president. Who are their ministers? What about ambassadors?

What exactly is the similarity biafra has with Palestinia?

Smh. Emotional kids. cheesy
you are the one who is emotional. The Palestinians want a COUNTRY but the difference is they want theirs without the jews because they want all the jews dead. The biafrans want theirs on the other hand want a peaceful seperation from the entity called Nigeria. I wonder where it Îß written that people must coexist by force. I just don't get you people. The igbos were killed, they were pardoned and the same thing that happened before the war still exist. What is wrong with you people?

It was sixteen years of Pdp that destroyed this country. Now they are now expecting pmb to repair it in twelve months. Infact pdp should change that name. They are evil that will be evicted tomorrow. No amount of flimsy excuse will be allowed. Why can't they talk to themselves on their issues. Upon the old cabals they av in Pdp. They are still fighting. Am very sure they will fight till twenty nineteen. If there av been changing of government since Obj era, it will not av worst to this extent. Pdp just want to be there for so long. They don't give opportunity to other people. In this era of Apc we are. They will be destroyed. Pdp is full of greed and pride.
if you actually believe that the country was destroyed in 16 years, then I believe u were born in 1990.

I don't completely support this biafra thing, but what you must understand is that interacting with these Ipod dudes would surprise you. There is a very high level of intellect amongst many of them. You might think they r illiterate as you say,but many of these people are very much informed.

Buhari can't function as a leader be it a military dictator or democratically elected. He simply lacks the idea of how to pilot the affairs of a country. Even if you hand him a country like North Korea with his dictatorial tendency, South Korea will successfully invade the North in a matter of days.

One main reason why you guys would run in vicious cycles for years to come without a national achievement is the fact that you guys think every of your problems in this life is caused by the Yorubas. You dream them everyday, and nurture hate like new born babies. I know very many of your ilks think the same, particularly those who are not all that learned but then again, I'd want to believe it does not define the Igbos as a people.

This is what we get when we have so many prospective undergrads whose stay-at-home lifestyle have turned to frustration.
the yorubas have never been the problem of the igbos. We have a problem with you guys when you take responsibilities for actions that do no concern you. As always you never mind your business.

coptic:
One of PMB's greatest undoing was involving himself in the affairs of the Southwest. I'm sure he did it for "his" people. But, he should have considered his people's people.

The binding force of politicians is greed. He missed that part when he thought that Tinubu will let go of the plate easily.

Never try to divide a house that once united for you. For all his stupidity, Fayose knows better than to go against the wishes and interest of the Yoruba nation. And for now, that rallying point is Tinubu.

Regardless whether his motives are fueled by greed or otherwise, a move against him will be seen as a move against the Yoruba nation. Why? Because he's the kingmaker that made most of their contemporary leaders.

Someone may wonder how him being a kingmaker furthers the interest of his people. The response is that he installed performance-proven personalities. That's an impression some of his benefactors' ego trip cannot erase.

This is akin to involving yourself in a husband and wife affair. You should know better, sir.

Why do we like deceiving ourselves in this country sha? Different zones with different agendas. What is the point in coming together and talking about regional development and not the general development of all? If really the development of the SW is what's so paramount in their agenda, why do they champion to secede from this country called Nigeria!! They are just wasting their time. If holding political offices is what they term as development then something must be wrong with them. Its either they want their own country,or they fight for resource control and regionalism then when they have a meeting, we know that what they are doing is proper. You can't develop when the destiny of your region is controlled by the North. You are just wasting your time.

when some slow pokes try to blame GEJ for our present mess, i just laugh.

20 years ago, countries like Brazil, India, Saudi Arabia were ranked as nations with potentials for positive economic growth. Which means in the past 10 years before that rating they had developed at a phenomenal rate.

20 years ago, Nigeria was a pariah state ruled by cabals which included the present president & was at its lowest ebb of development.

Within 5 years of GEJ becoming president, Nigeria was almost rubbing shoulders with Brazil & co, countries that had a 20 year head start over Nigeria & are now emerging economies (realising their full potentials). which means in 5 years, GEJ took us from a nation with economic potentials to an emerging economy. something that took others about 30 plus years.

Within 16 months of PMB assuming office, Nigeria has totally dropped out of that group.

& yet some morons blame GEJ for our present state...

Bunch of nitwits...
the yoruba muslims from illorin are to blame. grin
