Switching over won't be difficult for any local analogue broadcasting station. They will only change the modulator to Dvb-t or t2 depending on the choice and that's all. The transmitter is already UHF unless it does not have I.F or RF or ASI input. The antenna is UHF already, the EW20 wave guide is already their.

The problem is content, without good content...the T.V will hardly sell. They can focus fully on entertainment or sports or both if the finance is their. The advantage they would have is coverage. Due to their numerous stations, they can repeat signal to any nook and cranny with maximum constellation, above 256qam. This means over 1000 channels with about 10 modulators on H.264 platform. I will also suggest they integrate the CA system with there gsm billing server in such a way, you can simply buy an mtn recharge card and you get access on your tv. These guys are really in a very good position to do the Tv biz perfectly if they know where and how to get or generate good contents for Nigeria..

What you need is regularization, I would advice you go to Abuja and do it as early as possible, or if your school can help you out on it, but I doubt it cos, it's already late, but would advice you should go to abuja or if you have somebody there, they should help you out with it.

I'm sure u've heard of Jpeg, Quick time, PNG, real cideo and Vector graphics... go figure out his contribution towards that. I'm sure u know who created the first clock to be made in America, yeah it was created by Benjamin Banneker who is also a Blackman. I can go on and on but I believe in self research, go do that urself.

Look at the names you mentioned, John Herry thompson, Benjamin Banneker, why is it not Chukwuemeka aguobi, why is it not Olaninyi oluwale, why is it no Mohammed saraki?..., now check the university u mentioned, NY facility. Why is it not Nnamdi azikiwe facilty or any University in Africa. The day Africa start inventing, thats the day all blacks will be worshipped by other races.
