SirJeffry: This thread is specifically for guys that have wasteful spouses.
Mine is horrible. She is a youth corper, has her federal alawi of 19k, state alawi of 10k and 50k(sometimes 100k) monthly allowance from me yet she is always broke. She just spends money the way she sees it. I tried to teach her some lesson by delaying some months' alawi from me but my love for her couldn't let me. She's unrepentantly faithful and that's one of the reasons I can do anything for her to be happy.
I have changed her phone like 4times this year 'cos she kept breaking their screens due to frequent drops.
After she passed out of orientation camp recently, I bought her a car for her convenience in the course of her NYSC and she just called me earlier today to inform me she bashed the car.
I can't wait for her to finish this nysc and join me so she can see how I pluck this money on trees.
Honestly I'm tired but one can fire a girlfriend, not a loving wife.
Guys, share yours, let's have some fun. She is faithful because, you are meeting up with all her needs on time. Just form broke for 3 months see how another guy go bang the hell out of her just for may be 5k. I don't mean any insult, but even an olosho will repent immidiately she finds a father xmas. In my own case, I send mixed reaction, when she thinks I have, i go show her empty wallet but when she list expect it, I suprise her. Therefore, to her money comes and goes and that's the fact and the correct message. Even when I don't have, she is just happy and patient. |

Confussion2: Guyz there is this lady av been dating for like a year + . We have been going soo well, planed for marriage next year. Well from the look of things we both love each other. Shez a very nice person. The issue is that my babe told me something that kept me awake till dis time. Imagin !! 1.05am and am still awake.
She blotted that I loose myself whenever shez around me. Like WTF. She said I act like shez way above me, like shez too beautiful for me. She actually said I shudnt take it d wrong way but she just has to let me know cuz it might make her loose her head. Walahi I swear down it got to my bone marrow. Thing is av always tried to be a good person to her.Treated her like rare gem she really is. She actually said it that I luv her more than she loves me. I know how to play this game of not showing ur woman hw u love her but I felt since this is not some hit and run relationship there shud be no holds barred in terms of showing her love.
Av been ruminating over this issue since we ended our call.I feel like a wimp. Av dated somebody more beautiful than her soo is not like av never met someone like her. Guyz how do I handle this. My pride is soo wounded here even though I acted like all is well as she was dropping those yarns. How do I get my mojo back without coming off like a jack. Aminat508: [b]Moimoi is one of my best food, and i love it
Ingredients
Beans Vegetable oil Peeper Crayfish Onion Salt Maagi Uma leaves (ewe moi moi)
Procedure
About one hour before cooking the moi moi, soak and wash the beans to remove the coat. When the entire coat has been removed, place the beans in a bowl and pour enough water to cover it. Leave to soak for three hours. This is so that the best consistency will be achieved when you blend the beans
Wash the peeper, Cut the onions into pieces, then blend the beans, onions, crayfish, peeper all togethr
After that pour the mix into a big enough bowl.Add the vegetable oil and the fish (if this is what you have chosen to add to your moi moi).
Slowly add the remaining water and stir the mixture at the same time till you get a good mix of all the ingredients.
Add Salt nd maggi to taste and stir very well.
Pad the base of a big pot, pour some water and set on the stove. The depth of the water should be at most 1 inch
Dish the Moi moi into the leave one by one nd put it in the pot to cook for at least 1 hr
It is advisable to cook your Moi Moi for at least 1 hour, before checking it. Confirm that it is done by putting a knife through it, if the knife is stained with Moi Moi paste, then the Moi Moi is not done, but if the knife just has a slight smear of Moi Moi, then it's done
Am eating my own moimoi with Eko(agidi)

Both MTN and Etisalat increased the cost of Mb by 500% . They did not increase the price in Naira, rather they increased the consumption rate. I.e if 1kbps was 1 Naira, now its 10 Naira therefore, if they give you 10Mb, what they actually gave you is 1Mb and I think the FG has a hand in this. |

Jobs/Vacancies › Re: Sometimes I Want To Regret Going To School by mecussey(m): 7:14am On Sep 10, 2015 |
forix4u: Sometimes I want to regret going to school because arguably I still fail to see the reasons or benefits of going to school. Yesterday a friend of mine whose parents took him to learn electrical on cars after primary school, went to withdraw 1.5m to purchase a jeep. His story building is near completion, married and blessed with 2 wonderful kids. We all know what it takes to have a story building in Lagos. This my friend barely reads a simple sentence.
Don't get me wrong, I'm not envious of him rather I'm happy but today, I'd to take a seat and remembered how he convinced me to join him in learning this same handiwork that has made him the prospective landlord and car owner that he's today while I chose to go to school to acquire a certificate only to have graduated and served fathers land without a job to even make boast of. I also have some friends who dropped after secondary school, today they are all married and living good...
It's kinda annoying and I don't know if to say regrettable for going to school because it has not even paid off. The annoying aspect self is most jobs today can't even foot one's expenses and bills due to the hash economy and almost every job you get today is contract base, so one begins to think what is the purpose of spending several years reading without any tangible benefit awaiting stresslessly. Moral lesson, learn the hand work while you are schooling. Most of you guys waste the five years in school partying, banging women, and scamming your parents. Now, this is the real world, you need to be educated and enterprising as well. |
Food › Re: How To Prepare Egusi Soup - - The Ultimate Guide by mecussey(m): 9:01pm On Sep 09, 2015 |
Catalyst007: Egusi, otherwise known as Pumpkin Seed or Melon, is most common in West Africa.
Egusi soup is a type of soup thickened with ground Egusi i.e. after the dried melon seeds must have been peeled and powdered in a grinding engine (usually a hand-operated one).
INGREDIENTS & PREPARATION:
Though the styles of preparing this delicacy may differ from home to home or different geo- political regions, the components required to cook this meal are the same. They are: Meat and/or Fish, Ground Egusi, Palm (red) Oil, Salt, Maggi (preferably Know cubes), Stock Fish (optional), Green Vegetables (Ugu, Spinach or processed bitterleaf), Onions, Seasoning (Onga & curry powder), Water, Dawa-Dawa a.k.a Locust Bean (optional), Pepper (fresh or dried), Crayfish (recommended).
I am going to briefly tell you how I personally prepare this soup.
WARNING: I am a guy, my method may not be the best. Please refer to your Grand-Mother for more advice (LOL) .
Since it doesn’t take long for this soup to be prepared, I first season and boil the meat & stock-fish, to soften them.
Next, empty the meat & stock-fish into a container so that the cooking pot is empty. Then dry the pot and pour in the appropriate amount of Palm Oil. When hot, pour in the fish and fry it (i.e. if you are using Iced-Fish). After frying the fish, take them out of the oil into a plate; they’ll be re-united with the soup later. If you’re using meat only, it’s not advisable to fry it; you can do that when cooking stew.
Now that you’re done with the meat or fish, fry the onions and the powdered Egusi for just 1 minute (Egusi gets burnt easily). Add a little salt (while still frying the egusi and onions), then, stir it constantly and do not fry it at the highest level of your stove or gas-cooker! Infact, the other method of cooking Egusi soup does not involve frying it, so just do it mildly. Pour water to it immediately the 1 minute frying is done.
Make sure the amount of water you just poured in gives a fairly thick mixture (not too thick nor watery). Add your Maggi, pepper, seasoning, cray-fish, dawa-dawa (remember, it’s optional), then pour in the fried fish and/or meat & stock- fish, then cover the pot and allow it to boil for like 5 minutes or so (Egusi soup should not take too much time cooking). Next, add a little more water if necessary, then check the level of salt, seasoning and pepper and add more of them as required. Allow for another 1 minute.
Finally, put in your chopped vegetable(s) and turn-off the stove or cooker after 30 seconds of doing that. This is so the vegetables don’t turn yellow. The whole process should take roughly about 15 minutes, and you have a steaming and mouth-watering, aroma-ridden pot of delicious Egusi soup ready to be devoured! Serve it with any of these: Akpu (called Santa by most students), Garri, Pounded-Yam , Tuwo (made from powdered corn), Semovita or Amala (made from yam peels that is dried and ground).
How do you prepare your Egusi soup? We’d love to know. Drop your comments below.
Also, which of these do you prefer to accompany your Egusi soup: Akpu, Garri, Amala, Semovita, Pounded-Yam or Tuwo? Feel free to share and, see you next time. Gotta go chow…
SOURCE::: http://onlineshopping-productreviews..nl/2015/09/nigerian-foods-egusi-soup-how-to-cook.html Bro...next time dont use vegetables, just use Oziza leaf...men u go bite ur finger, the aroma alone can cause accident on the road. |

what's their business with what happens in our land?

Why can't he make the refineries legal and let the boys employ themselves..
But no, he doesn't want to see that happen...Even the ogoni cleanup is still on paper..This man doesn't mean well for south south..
Anyway, he should enjoy it while it lasts...
