For those that have been having difficulty in tracking Eutelsat 9E, this is an easy guide on how to nail the SAT:

First, i'll advice you get a 1m or 90cm dish, a very good KU lnbf eg Strong Short Neck, Fuji, Inverto Black.
Infact, the best lnbf for this sat is the Inverto Black Ultra.
STEPS:
Open/remove the front cover of the lnb.(You don't need to do this if you are using Inverto Black Ultra)
Now, track Startimes with 11747v/H27500. After you hit green, input 11804H27500 and ur lnb skewed at 4 or 5o'clock. While standing at the back of your dish, move your dish left and down a little (1 or 2 inches). If facing the dish, move right and down. Play around there, you should hit green.
NB:
*Don't track whth Qsat decoder, use Strong
*If your signat is below 65%, don't use a Qsat decoder. Qsat has a very poor tunner, it reduces signal quality.
*For DigiSport to pop up, your signal should be above 64%
*Best lnb for this sat is Inverto Black Ultra HGLN lnb

If you seek affordable options, there are many estates after Ajah on the way to the new Lekki FTZ where the government is building 12-lane highways.

Jamb regularization fee of 5k I paid to Federal Poly Nekede since Feb. last year is yet to be processed and according to them they are working on it. Somehow, I think the fault is from the rector may be, she is no longer funding the NYSC staffs to follow up and they want to use us to protest. The jamb was taken in 2003 and Jamb website no longer have it on their data base. Pls, how else can regularize without going to Abuja because, the Jamb no is a prerequisite to registering for NYSC?

I say this is good move because, we have dropped importation by 90% including China due the dollar hyke. Now, where this would be very good for Nigerians is if ...since E.g if 1 dollar worth of goods from China instead, 320 Naira we get it at 100 Naira equivalent of the Yuan. Then, let us manage the China products because, thats what we deserve. Till we learn how to produce quality by ourselves. Therefore, when demand for dollar reduces the Naira will appreciate against the Dollar. My fear is the Yuan will eventually appreciates and we may still remain on the same page. Unless, China with all their kind heart decides to develop Nigeria with quality infrastructure like refineries, power, and industries..

I honestly can't shake the pity off my mind anytime i see how many ladies wallow in frustration simply because they are still single at very marriageable ages and this is why i decide to drop this thought provoking piece.

The major reason many ladies are still single at very ripe age is HIGH EXPECTATION and below is a simple illustration to explain my point.

thanks A've been checked for infections and am free of that. The obvious reason the doctor said was my body wasn't producing the required testosterone I need to erect or produce active sperm cells. This alone is a broad topic because alot of factors can affect testosterone production including genetics( inherited from birth) supplements could help but won't fix the real problem, and might have to be taken indefinitely. I need to see your pix at 25 to confirm if truely your testosterone is very low. From how you and your docs have defined your low T level, your face would be very feminine, female voice, man boobs etc. But if you by any chance got facial hair, baritone voice then ur case would be solved soon. Some herbs can even do the trick faster than you think. I think when medical doctors start mentioning big medical names...they are not even certain on what to do. If you look like a man by any chance, try brutash, if it worked, dont continue with it, just visit a good herbalist and explain the medically test results with the language he will understand. A long term prescription will be the solution...may be 6 to 12 months with the herb tea.

Obviously, there are many different ways these leading lines can be used, but if you can commit them to memory and be prepared to use them next time you might be asked to speak, you will let go of all fear and anxiety, and people will be SO impressed with your ability to get up and give a confident, fluent speech in front of a group of people, while looking like you didn't even have to prepare! If you want to add 1kg in a day, Increase your daily calories by 7000.
If a bottle of beer contains 300calories, this means to gain 1kg from beer drinking in a day means Drinking bout 23 bottles of beer
= (300 * 23 = 6900calories)
So drinking a mere 4bottles is a far cry to 1kg gain....You need my tutoriaal on this subject,lol.

Well, you are still been theorytical, I still insist you add weight immidiately after meal. An empty stomach and a filled one cant have the same weight. Nothing much sha...seeing is believing, when I have time...I will snap and show you but if you read my post earlier, I said I dont know if the decline will be simultaneous at every 2days. Another controversy is that I add weight when I gym...isnt this going to also prove the calorie theory wrong? I have put more than 7kg before just by lifting heavy weight. Lets not digress, I will find time and prove to you that I can add and lose 5kg, just by leaving beer for 2days, this is a fact.

The without excercise cant be the constant na...when we dont know the weight of the beer, how many bottles that were consumed without excretion and the type of food that was taken. E.g if 4 bottles of big stout were consumed, some goes the bladder why some remains in the stomach, you have automatically added more than 1kg, and if two plates of wheat swallow and vegetables were devoured you have probably added more than 2kg. Then if eventually, you excrete all this by the end of the day without any additional food...you have gained and lost 2kg within 24hrs and you see that it has proven your equation wrong. However, this is just an example, I am not certain that my imagination is correct but I think I made common sense.

Even if a bottle of beer contains 300calories, what determines how fast you burn fat is your BMR-Basic metabolic rate. Which depends on size,age & physical activity.
I exercised 3-5times weekly weigh bout 95kg and mid 20's.....my BMR requires about 3300kcal to maintain my weight per day.
Now if I don't eat in a day. Theoretically, I will be short of 3300 calories for that day.
2days means 3300kcal *2 = 6600calories,
which is still not upto 1kg ooh (7000kcal =1kg). And remember the smaller you become, the lower the calories your body will need. So to spike my body to consume 10000caloies in 2days, I'll need to do heavy heavy exercise to burn xtra 4000calories between that two 2days
While starving 2days also....you see how hard it is to lose weight? 10,000calories is not even upto 2kg despite my harsh weight loss program..........Bruh trust me u checked with a woozy eyes!

This is becoming interesting...how science will prove something theorytically and prove otherwise practically. Let me assume, I ve been checking with woozy eyes lol but you forgot in practical science a lot of things are considered. You have not considered the weight of the beer, the munchies which leads to heavy food consumption and others. Even Iseac Newton and the likes will prove a fomular and still insist that the equation is valid only if temp, pressure and enviromental energy remains constant. Your calories equation might be correct but other factors are not considered. However, i will repeat the experiment again this time with "clear eyes" lol, and if I should have time which I doubt, I will attach images.

You may be right but, if something is at stake, I could have proven it to you. I check my weight in the house and I do it daily. Unfurtunately, if you must know, I consume at least 7 bottles of beer daily and yes this is suisidal. I wish you can also calculate how much calories a bottles of beer carries. I also discovered that these beer calories burns easily than the usual cabohydrate may be due to my body metabolism. If I know how much calories a bottle beer carries, then multiply by 14 then may be and may be it is upto 35,000. My point is that I weigh 125kg but if I leave beer for just 2 days, it comes down to 120. What I dont know is if it will continue the decline silmutaneously.
