I dyed my beard but now I want it back to it original color without having to dye it black, does anyone knows some remedies I can use?

I don't really know what is wrong with me, but for the past few weeks, I have been having a bloated stomach, no matter how little the food is, I still get bloated, sometimes I feel pain in my stomach. I have tried taking oranges, I even used Andrews liver salt but nothing seems to work. I go to toilet normally and nothing seems out of place.

I may be so hungry but after eating two spoons, I will feel full.

It is a good start, but those items lack proportion, I am not rubbishing her work but I have seen better. I know she will get better with time.
