I know VGC very very well, I go there very often and have friends that live there. Like you rightly pointed out, the area is almost fully developed. How anyone can have a bigger Estate in that area is beyond reality.
Only few lands are available for sale in the area unless he's going to fill and build on the river behind the Estate which I doubt the State will allow.

It seems the Op is not even in Lagos. It's good to counter wrong information. This is not even an estate...there are even using some of the space by the river for the connecting road. No land there again.

It's cool, but not the biggest in VGC corridor, I know the area well, already fully developed, only very few land remains there. I know this particular land he built on, I know the size.
