Recently, I was asking a guy who filled Peace Corp application form, whether the house or the president has approved the association. He told me that the house of have approved it but the president is still waiting for them to give him money before he would sign.

My question is, do president also collect bribe to approve such association?

Is it not for our own safety that such association do come up? Or is the guy lying? I need genuine answer.
