@OP good works dear, most of us professionals weren't this good when we started. The fact that you can produce such works goes a long way to depict that you have amazing talent. My advise, get a sketchpad and continue sketching, you can try recopying other perfect sketches you come accross. Compare after one year and see how amazing you've become. Don't let anyone discourage you. People like us came from the ranks but today we are not doing badly. All the best.

We used to smoke paper cigarrette: we would tear off a portion of our notebook, fold it like a cuban cigar, light it from one end and start inhaling the smoke. At times the paper will burn so fast and hurt our mouth and face.

Am actually trying to learn a lot from this picture. Lessons I could apply to other real life situations. Like trying to stay positive in the face of negativity. Not easy though but it saves one from depression. I want to believe that the guys in the picture have lost some properties but they are saying 'NO' to sadness and depression. God is on our side.

First time I read from beggining to end a thread this voluminous. I had fun and learnt a lot. What did I deduce? concisely:

1. Seun and his Mods didn't handle the garri peeps well. They made a judgemental error but they've learnt some managerial lessons just like I have learnt from their mistakes.
2. This Garri fuss will come and go just like every other slang that has come before it.
3. I do not really know who the mods are but this R231 guy is mature and cool, he is strict and polite at the same time so unlike his colleague whose comments permeates arrogance.
4. Nairaland has once again given me some valuable points to consider when taking decisions in my day to day endeavours.
