It is p45 that is issued per employmer when u resigned from their service. P60 is issued once a year at the end of the tax year which is April 5.

No, HMRC generates a tax code based on your expected income. So if based on your monthly income (£2,000), they project you'll earn 24,000 a year and as such will deduct an amount of tax above the tax free amount monthly

Thanks. It's a little bit confusing. People are saying it's until you earn £12,750 while to others it's if the annual pay from where you work will greater or equal to the said amount.
The proponents of the former are saying if I earn £2000 a month, the tax man needs to wait till the 7th month before taxing me while for latter it's straight up from the first month since £2000 for 12 months will be more than £12750 annually. Please which is correct?
