Only change is in the ten year gap period specified on all applications active and closed.

I would be surprised if they allowed him to be fingerprinted without getting their money. Prior to today, everytime you apply you have to pay and be fingerprinted again every time you apply.

Yes I blame him too because he wasn't even meant to marry that woman in the first place..he first paid my own mum's bride price but left my mum to marry this woman so my dad decided he was going to marry my mum if my uncle was nolonger interested..my mum was known to the whole family that's why..till his death he kept telling me how he regretted not marrying my mother.my uncle was such a good man..

Most people back home that don't understand the way things work in America will be quick to judge him.A lady almost did this to me.I once had a live in girlfriend who almost made me go this route.A girl that wasn't paying any single bill in the house and will still steal my credit card to shop for makeup.The frustration became too much that sometimes I will just wake up at the middle of the night and get on the freeway doing a 80mph without no destination just to clear my mind.It got to an extent I was always making sure my room door was constantly locked because I was scared she may murder me and I also quit eating her food for the fear of being poisoned.If I didn't leave the time I left one of us could have murdered each other.So I totally understand what the man may have gone through.A girl that will wake up suddenly and quit her job without notifying me.When I ask her why she isn't going to work she will tell me to stop asking her that useless question.I continued to feed her for over 2 years with her going off and on with jobs.Same girl will attack me if she find out I am talking to anyone on the phone.When she gets back to her senses she will simply apologize that she is being paranoid based on her seeing a monthly period.Some may ask why didn't I send her packing but it is not easy as it seem.The state I was living as at then it takes a long process for one to do that even though I still tried.Mind you we were not having sex for over a year while still living together so her still being in my house wasn't based on that. I had to find a job in another state and left her.That was the only way out.During these two years I later found out she racked a lot of debt under my name without me knowing.By the way she isn't Nigerian.A Nigerian lady cannot try that with me because I will arrest her parents back home in order to get rid of her.

Read about abuses in marriages. There are many in mental asylum due to abusive partners. It goes for both men and women. If you are in a toxic relationship, your self-confidence will deplete so much that you would need professional help when the relationship ends. I omitted my fathers source of income. So they requested for his employment letter showing evidence of his salary.

Cool and all good and noted. But I think the person asking the question was asking why he was not charged biometrics fee when he applied and people were of the opinion that if you use the same account, one is not required to take a second biometrics if he had taken it before. This is incorrect information, every time you have to appear for biometrics. Effective July 31st is when the rules will change.

I think I read somewhere here some people arguing whether you have to take biometrics again, if you applied before. Yes is the answer, every time you apply for visa, you have to submit a biometrics. This is a way to ensure every time you apply, its you who is actually applying. See Link below from CIC itself.

Not really true.
Somebody applied for Study Permit in April 2018, he was refused in May 2018 and re-applied in on the 7th July, 2018. He was charged for another $85 biometric fee.

For those who want to know how much and situation in Lagos vfs, I did paper application and paid a little less than 56k. Arrived about 11 and left about 2pm.
I see people already booking flights, Happy for y'all is an understatement!

@bisimo, At the beginning of your application, you will need to fill out the questionnaire, while you are at it you will indicate that you are applying with a family member. Then it would prompt you a question whether you are applying for visit or Study. Choose study.

As @mcobex already said you will then fill out her own separate form for study for her..
Add your own schl admission letter and other admission information, you can also get creches/daycare online around the neighborhood of your school, write to them and attach their feedback or email trail to show the VO that you have made adequate plans for your 3year old.

Please do not leave your daughter behind. She is very little. ( i have a 5 & 6-year-old) and i applied for study for both of them and visit for my spouse. I cannot even imagine leaving them behind ( most esp my children) because I wanna step out to study.

How would I even concentrate on my studies sef??

I beg to differ that, visa officers are human beings and know the value of children staying with their parents at a young and tender age.

One more thing i did was get a study leave letter from their schl and got the schl to help also emphasize in the letter, that my children are still too young to be separated from their mother. You may also do this.

I'm about applying for visa but I've not gotten Quebec Acceptance Certificate (QAC). I also have not paid my tuition fee. I want to know if I can apply for visa without proof of tuition Payment and QAC.

To me, a Seyi won't make a good governor. The state needs a governor who can give a real plan on how the state could generate fund internally. Seyi really has no plan on that. Unfortunately, there's no candidate with such plan at the moment.
