Elbowla: In continuation, the EIYEs refused to move out of the campus with the NBMs in the same bus, having no other choice, we, the SUG members took off in our own ALUTA BUS, closely followed by the bigger bus conveying the NBM of Africa leaving only the EIYE members inside the campus to later join us @ our agreed venue for the peace talk.
On getting to the agreed venue, the primary school for the peace talk (this was around 5pm when all the primary students were already closed for the day). We all alighted, the SUG Execs' and the NBM of Africa members, the Director of Sports and the Social Director were promptly directed to get as many as possible foods and drinks for our "SPECIAL GUESTS".......😀😀.
The EIYEs later joined us about 1hr after we got there. But to the Glory of God and the utter shame of Shaytan.......hmmmm.....a very well known rich philanthropist, who is presently generally known and sings about by many Fuji musicians (a popular indigene of Ilaro) took it upon himself to settle the fight between SEC and NBM of Africa "FINANCIALLY". I actually don't know the amount of cash provided by this very man.....we used to call him boda Ibrahim.....as at then......he's a very good man, well-mannered and always take upon himself to lift boys from the trenches (I've also benefited from his philanthropic gestures financially during my HND Final project).
A huge amount of cash was provided for the SEC and NBM of Africa to let peace reign within Ilaro and its environs.....In actual fact......BAN and NAS.....that were neutral and not even part of the whole war and fights even chopped Saara (free) money from the peacetalk......cos both SEC, NBM of Africa, BAN and NAS were adequately financially compensated by boda Ibrahim (Some peeps may have rightly guessed the person I'm talking about already)........even we the SUG Execs' also collected our own share from.the largesse (abi naaaaaa, na we dey try settle the fight naaaa).
To cut short the whole scenario, SEC members and NBM of Africa members hugged and embraced themselves @ that primary school.......hmmmmm.
Thereafter, we, the SUG Execs', the members of NBM of Africa, SEC members, BAN and NAS all moved down to Iya Phyllys Palmwine joint at Adeyemi Extension/Orita Junction (EIYEs territory and stronghold) with our foods and drinks to publicly create an awareness of a peacetalk and ceasefire.
TO GOD ALMIGHTY BE ALL THE GLORY THAT NO SINGLE LIFE WAS LOST IN THE WHOLE SCENARIO..........
Imagine all the stress from Wednesday afternoon - Friday evening (3 bad days), just because someone snatched the towel of another.

Ikaeniyan0: This is the way a lot of factories operate in Nigeria. Even PZ at Odoguyan, their factory worker work from 7am to 7pm
The Government needs to make a law that will outlaw this insane working hours. Actually 12 hours shift isn't the problem but the remuneration and working conditions. There are 12 hours shifts all over the West as well but the breaks are always well spread out and with your pay, you'll still be able to afford basic necessities of life |

jmichael259: 1,500 daily for hard labour?
Block moulder minimum 9-10k for 5bags per day Mason minimum 7k per day Labour/helper to Mason 4k per day Conductor/Driver/okada minimum 4k per day Morning market sellers 4k Loaders at block industry or timber market make more than 5-8k per day What of shoe mender, vulcanizer, Fan Ice cyclist/trolley operators
Many things dey but na mumu dey enter this kind company hard labour with no pay. Use your hard labour wisely, you need money to fix your body. Most Nigerian are brainless. They'll rather pretend they are working in a slave camp like this to be perceived as working in a company rather than learning a trade as simple as masonry or carry bricks and sands which pays better and puts human face to how the work is done . Nigerians will downgrade an hustle like being a security man or a mason openly but will still go behind to beg for money from people who defied the odds to do such jobs |

Izuchukwu70: They say the job is tedious. Have they tried working in Amazon warehouse in America or Factory jobs in America? Let them see real hard job. And are you paid peanuts working in Amazon factory? No Amazon factory pays lesser than the minimum wage. And working at Amazon for 8 hours shift will feed you for at least a week. Amazon pays £11+ per hour in UK, that's like £88 per day before tax with breaks like every 2 hours. So what exactly are you saying? Except you are really lazy, money is the motivation for doing warehouse jobs abroad and you'll still be able to afford basic necessities like decent house and car |

I went through the handle and all I could deduce is them justifying cultism but claiming what they are against is killing. How will the cultists fulfill their initiation oats without killings?

ExudeLoveToAll: You guys are pathetic .
You meet a man doing a job that pays his bills you don't stop him while you are dating. You get married and now want him to stop what puts food on his table
Sometimes I don't know what you guys refer to as responsible? Responsible man to you is a man that takes his wife's wishes hook line and sinker , that's a mumu man.
When you enter a relationship if you don't like the man's occupation take a walk and look for your dream occupation you want. Don't waste people's time. It's a Nigerian backward thinking of talking down on people's jobs. Calling you a slave for being a PA or calling you poor or broke for living in rented accommodation. I blame their religious leaders who makes these petty things prayer points |

naptu2: It's actually not the Nigerian Government's idea.
In 2014 the 20 richest countries in the world asked the OECD to develop a standard with which countries can automatically exchange financial information about their citizens for tax purposes. Remember that US citizens and residents are obliged to pay tax to the US Government no matter where they live.
This system that is being implemented will allow the US Government to get financial information about US citizens in Nigeria and also allow FIRS to get financial information about Nigerian citizens in the US.
It is a mutual exchange of information between OECD member countries. Are you guys not tired of always trying to defend this useless leaders that care no bit for the citizens of this country? You guys are always quick to justify every selfish policies with intent to generate more money to maintain the outrageous lifestyle our leaders are living while you live out all the good policies the countries you derive your justifications from are implementing in their various countries. Remind me what UNESCO standard on Education and Health are and when is this government domesticating same here? For this government, it's always copy every policy from international organizations that will help them milk and tax their citizens without copying those benefits that the citizens of other countries are enjoying |

From his monickers, i can tell he is very hip hop oriented. Hiphop and rap music is another enabler for cultism among teenagers and youths.

MeinKampf: Sugar was shot with a gun but the gun wasn't loaded with bullets, it was loaded with RAW RICE
I'll share how he was killed next. He knew he would die that day cos before he left his father's village where he cast his vote that day, he said the coast wasn't clear to move but he had to go that Jesus Christ that was our Lord and saviour was equally killed so who was he Sugar was killed during the last guber election. His death had more to do with politics than cultism but you never can rule cultism out totally. He became a member of HOR under APC and wanted to at first be Governor then later a Senator but late Gov. Ajimobi played him and gave the senate ticket to his cousin, Sen. Teslim Folarin who would go on to win the seat while Sugar decamped to ADP to contest in the said election but lost to Teslim Folarin. For him to pay APC back, he decided to team up with Seyi Makinde in PDP for the guber election that held 2 weeks after he lost his own parliamentary election. It was during the election that he had a scuffle with one of his former ally in APC, who was contesting for a return to the state House under APC, dude was shot in the eye, I heard with raw rice instead of bullets. The guy was later discharged and acquitted of his murder this year, though he also lost his re-election. Sugar touched lives before his death maybe he knew he would die anyway. He was distributing transformers like generators and sponsoring various surgical interventions for people with eye defects and hernia. Those with him the day he died said he told them the coast wasn't clear but that he still had to go that even our Lord and saviour was also killed as well. He was in a convoy of 3 vehicles but they noticed he was racing too fast at a point that others couldn't keep up with him. As if something was pushing him to race to his death. He always drove himself in a 2003 Corolla. He wouldn't have passed through Lafi's village that day but Soldiers blocked the main road due to ongoing election, so it was in quest to bypass the road block that took him into the village where he was eventually killed. He seemed free for a cultist because he always drove around town as a lone ranger with no one following him and would wait to greet everyone |

I can feel it that so many people are tired of cultism but how to leave is their main challenge. So many people can't afford to relocate, so they are forced to stay back and indulge deeper into their heinous crimes. Can those who have found their ways out begin to offer suggestions on how those currently trapped can leave while the gory stories serve as a warning of what to become of those intending to join. |
