I'm not sure Nigerians need to involve the government in this at all. It's the simplest task to carry out without using a cane, not to talk of the trigger. Let's use the brains for once. Let's launch operation poison the grass in the land and see if three days will not be too long to expel them all. It's the simplest approach, to me.
