Basically, i agree that the universal don't give a damn about rights and that rights are the product of human construct. Since we human institutes rights as guiding principles that always works for our altruistic advantage, other animal species should not be excluded.

The in the context of animal rights, since we are sentient being and capable of intellectually coming up with workable paradigm that guide our actions, we should include other animals.

In the cause of inclusively legislating for animals rights, we have to consider grading animals according to certain abilities. Most animals are highly intelligent and can feel pain like us and are somewhat aware of their own existence. Some can harmoniously live with us and act as helping hand in our daily life.

The quote on quote "ALL ANIMALS" shouldn't be the case here. Survival of the fittest still exist of which we are the premier of such. We must eat meat to survive. Some animals should have rights as a constitutional one, while others shouldn't but should be guilded on arbitrary judgements, to abate their extinction, like anti poaching laws and laws against killing of those that are not harmful.

This is the same as saying "disbelief in Allah is dead" afterall most people still don't give a damn about allah. It is freaking "not yet believing" because of lack sound and logical reasons filled with valid evidence, not an ideology. Until the time there is sufficient backups.

The truth of the matter is that one can choose to believe or disbelieve whatever ideology, or even switch from one ideology to another by being convinced about its claims.

That's the misrepresentation and sometimes deliberate misconception of what atheism is essentially all about. That's the reason i sometimes desist from using the label ATHEISM depending on the person am chatting with. My usual answer to such is that i don't understand coherently the meaning of occult or satan, hence they should explain more about the stuff they labeled me.

Whats the difference between a world where temptations and trials potentially manifests, to a world they dont. what do you expect from such a world where an unseen intelligent being,remotely manipulates and causes misfortunes and harm in the name of trials or temptations, to a world that such dont exist but things happening coincidentally, same category as winning a lottery.
