Are u using night Mode, if yes go to Display under settings to turn off night mode

The type of Theme u use can also change how the UI looks, u can change back to the default Theme, Go to Settings, Wallpaper and Theme is bellow Display Settings

When the Wallpaper and Theme app opens click Theme at the bottom, after clicking on theme and the oage has open Swipe Down
