Sure, it is fully inhabited, just that I think they need better tarred roads, but the power supply there is one of the best in the whole of Aba, there's hardly power outage there and that was why it developed really fast

Until the govt built more interlinked roads linking most of this area with Aba town, the development will not be superb, cos, for people trading inside town, going through the traffic will not be ideal for them.

I've not been there for a time now, the issue of power is very interesting, I wish d whole city will ve dt kinda power.

My brother is a contractor with the government and we are in the know on how Roche group came to imo state. You guys should stop saying what you don't know cos of politics. Ube jobs we did last year at mbaise was renovation, 98% of ube job is renovation. Rochas built 305 schools in imo state from the scratch . Stop peddling lies here. Rochr group from Ireland drew the design and built most of the school.
Ube is a contributory scheme btw federal and state governments. State government pay for its percentage before the money will be released.

You mean building approvals for lands very near to rivers? Maybe in riverine states but I have not heard of it in Enugu state. Besides this land falls under the jurisdiction of my local government and I can assure you that we have many homes very close to rivers without any case of flooding, so far. This is not a major river.

Another thing is that there is always a reasonable distance allowable in estate survey plans which gives consideration for homes in survey plans. Surveyors are aware of this as a requirement before their survey plans could be approved by their council.

Abia State is a not riverine state but my friends application for cof was not approved even when he tried to rub their palms. Check well.

How can you in broad day light state that rochas built 305school? Where are they? What the man did was to take 1 classroom block in each school and refurbish in a prototype format. So what you see at each school premises are dilapidated schools with 1particular block remodelled. Tell yourself the truth. Are they the new 305 schools. By new you mean he built a fresh school where there was previously none? Where?

Though I'm not a fan of Rochas but I can confidently tell you that he built 305 schools in every electoral ward in Imo State, they contract was awarded to Roche group from Ireland as a revenue from their management of Adapalms Ltd. Though some of the projects was later taken away from them to private contractors who did the few remaining jobs.
Sometimes I laugh when I read false news online.
Rochas disappointed me but I must say that truth despite his wrong doing.
