Hi guys.
Just want to ask how many payslips can be included in application. Plan sending by latest, next week Saturday.

A very good morning guys.
Is my wife to send her job reference along with my application ( I am the principal applicant ).

I ask this question after reading judeje's post.

EXPRESS ENTRY:

Potential candidates will complete an online Express Entry profile where they will provide information about their skills, work experience, language ability, education, and other details. Those who meet the criteria of one of the federal economic immigration programs subject to Express Entry will be placed in a pool of candidates.

Candidates will be ranked against others in the pool. Only the highest-ranked candidates (those deemed to have the best chances for economic success), and those with qualifying offers of arranged employment or provincial/territorial nominations, will be invited to apply for permanent residence.

If a candidate does not already have a valid job offer from a Canadian employer or a provincial/territorial nomination, he or she must register with the Government of Canada's Job Bank which will connect him or her with eligible Canadian employers.

Where applicable, employers will be required to obtain a Labour Market Impact Assessment from Employment and Social Development Canada. There will be no fee for Labour Market Impact Assessments for permanent residence applications under the Express Entry system. 

Completing an online Express Entry profile does not guarantee that a candidate will receive an Invitation to Apply for permanent residence.

Be careful in waiting for express entry........
Express entry is a black box which nobody know how it will be so I'll advice you to apply for this current stream.
Applying for this does not stop you from applying from express entry when it comes out.

I think you are damn right Damkollins.
This is a point I've considered and afterwards, decided to apply under the current format.
I read from the CIC's website and there's a tricky part that says "you'll be asked to submit your work experience and they'll do a job search that matches it".
This I find susupect......... Naija and their work experience......

Please my husband and I applied for the fswp last year and out application is being processed and money has been taken from our account...but suddenly last week we recieved an email that we should elaborate our job duties and provide more evidence of our engineering experience...why is this coming after almost 6months of application? And is this an indication of imminent refusal?

What do you mean by "our" ? Is it that you guys applied separately.
Meanwhile, its possible they need further clarification of your job experience and duties if the former you provided was not specific enough.
Just try to go to their site to see the job requirements and align it with what you are sending to them again.

I had applied under 1112 category and have recd a mail from cic mentioning UCI no of 8 digits and containing "a positive determination of eligibility to be processed" is this the PER letter what we can assume and if yes then what should be the next steps.

My wife only has an attestation of birth from NPC. Will this suffice for the birth certificate?

gogochocolate: My application was submitted last year but rejected because the cap was full. When the program started this year I resubmitted on the 13th of May 2014 when the 2014/2015 FSWP began. However on my returned form of last year the UCI was indicated.

gogochocolate: My application reached on the 13th of May. I was charged on the 11th of August from GTB alert. I learnt they is normally a day delay between when CIC charges my account and bank notification. I hope I am right my seniors. I used the UCI stated on my returned application from last year

For the sake of those of us who have not yet submitted, can you share the reasons why your application was returned last year.

Fingertips: Yes it does. Do I have to get the transcripts sent in first before I apply for assessment or I can go ahead and pay/apply for the assessment pending when the transcripts are sent WES?

I advice you make the payment first so that you can get a reference number to attach along when sending the transcript.

Fingertips: I'm into construction. So likely fall under civil engineer.

Check the responsibilities for a civil Engineer to see if they fall in line with your current job duties.

subsidy12: Hi all, I need advice here pls. the Canadian lawyers who assist with ones application for a fee. Do they do anything different than one can do by himself? Do they really have an input or can process the visa faster like they claim. I filled out an assessment and the feedback I got is they use their influence to ensure permanent visa is gotten between 6 and 8months.

There is nothing special that they do. My aunt applied around 2010 and moved in 2012. She applied herself without a representative.
And as stated on CIC's website, the use of a rep does not amount to any advantage. Be careful on these online guys.

Guy na so. She get perform well even if she need like 4 for all sections, some 3.5 self. Though I've told her she needs 7 across all sections so that she nor go too play.

Thank God my wife has been able to get her test invite via another mail.
Her speaking is on Sunday, with others on Saturday.

Ekpekus: The venue for the speaking ,writing, listening and reading takes place at the hotel opposite the exit gate of the Benin Airport in GRA, Benin. Time for reading, writing and listening is 9AM, 16th August but she should be present by 7AM for screening and verification. Time and date for speaking usually varies from candidates to candidates though it is same venue, my colleague is doing his on Sunday, 17th by 5pm. candidates have been sent mails to know when theirs is holding. since the email cant be accessed, calling IELTS Abuja is also a viable option but i know during registration online, there use to be a phone number given for candidates in Benin center to contact. Examination number is usually on the mail sent and she will need a copy of that mail with her international passport to seat for the exams.

Hello house. Please is there anyone writing the IELTS for August 16th in Benin? I urgently need the test venue for it.
My Wife's IELTS is on the 16th too but she cannot access her mail in which the test schedule was sent to.
Today, I called IELTS Abuja and they promised to send it to a new mail address when I drop the call but she is yet to receive it.
So, I urgently need the help of anyone who registered in Benin in order to go to the venue on the speaking start date and probably get some info.

I'm going to call IELTS Abuja tomorrow to remind them.
