Hello house & Hi damkollins. Congrats once again on your MR. To the glory of God too, I just got another job; and i'm asking if it is necessary to inform CIC now. I applied under 2131 and my new job is not related to it but I just had to leave because the pay nor be mate (x3 of my former). Also in respect to DoubleBam2x's post, i believe my type of assesment with WES can be independently viewed by CIC. Lastly, how was your medicals or you haven't gone? ( I remember helping my Uncle find his way to Yaba hospital then in 2012). As things stand now, you may not celebrate Easter in Nigeria.

Civil Engr. dept in UNIBEN is just messing up with my transcript. everything is done manually there.

Is this your first time of applying for the trancript? If yes, then you need to bug them. I think Engr Okovido is still in charge and he's not an easy person to find on seat. Maybe those Graduate assistants can help you fast track it. If you are in Benin, I'll advice you go there regularly to monitor them. Once you do that, the guy at exams and records is fast at processing things.

If married, legally married, then you don't need to fill the Common law partner form.

This is the format.

1.First- Place the documents checklist.

2. Second- Put the generic application form after the documents checklist. At the beginning of the generic application form, place the last 2 pages of the form on top followed by others..The last two pages should be those with the bar codes which out also signed.

WARNING
I'll strongly advice that you ensure that your nephew/brother is at least independent in Canada to a very very large extent.
As at June/July, I evaluated myself to have 66 points. I then considered using my Uncle for adaptaptability but he warned that since he was still under some benefits, I will not be given those points.

In addition, many people claim a lot of points based on experience but I heard some references are degraded after assessment.

Registering with WES for evaluation of result at this time, is it out of place to make a request without using the international courier or its best to use the courier.

You are Strongly adviced to use courier because of TIME!!!!! , even if your NOC is not filling up fast.

The only option is to increase my IELTS score by rewriting it or asking my wife to make it up for me.

I'll advice you allow your wife write.
Though the possibilities are that you may score higher or lower if you rewrite
If the later repeat itself, that will be a waste of time and most importantly MONEY.

My best advice is to allow your wife take the IELTS exam as she doesn't need to score that high to fetch you your extra 5 marks.

Send the document checklist

Make sure you follow the Document Checklist (IMM 5612) and use it as the cover page of your application. Do not submit documents that are not found on the checklist and do not send duplicates of your application or documentation.

Hi everyone, I saw this on cic website, application guide.

Which is supposed to come first when packaging for submission, is it the checklist, or barcode page?

1. Use the checklist as the main cover page.
2. Put the barcode pages afterwards.

UPS finally delivers my package to my Uncle.

DHL is not much better. Took it to them since September 24th. Yet to be delivered. Last update I have is when it arrived in the Canada sorting Center. After that, they can't seem to locate my documents. Several calls and emails. Nothing. Pls join me in prayer...

I wonder if they are overloaded with too many parcel these days.
I've used to post to Europe and no such problems.
I may also advice others to try TNT.
They sent my transcript for verification to WES and it was there on the 5th day.
I'm sure you'll get your package delivered at the end and also in good time.

Mine entered Canada today after 8 days. Its currently in the city where my uncle lives. Hope they deliver it today 7th.

Hi princess ayinke...I am a Physiotherapist, and have gotten my PER. ..I can assure you the BPT will give you 23 points and your years of experience wilk give you 13 points . However, you need to retake the ielts and pull your weight...
I had only 3 years experience including NYSC and internship with 22 points in my IELTS and still had 68 points...so my dear...retake the IELTS or wait for express entry hoping Physiotherapists will be there.

My question is this, I used a prefunded master card from fcmb( for footing d bill for my processing fee). Do I need to call my bank to let them know CIC would be debiting my acct anytime...because d card has a pin,and obviously CIC do not have the pin. Thanks in anticipation of a quick response.

I suppose you were to supply them (CIC) all those details before submitting.

Can anyone help me with how long it takes WES to update the website on receipt of documents. My certificate was sent by my friend in canada since friday. Also my transcript was sent by dhl and was received and signed by Maple yesterday. On checking their website this morning, my status still shows 'waiting for required documents'

It is not compulsory for your wife to write IELTS.
She only has to write it if your 67 points are not sure.

Please I need clarification regarding my application. I am filling the forms following the guide but I am a bit confused if I have to fill all the forms and writing NOT APPLICABLE on the forms that is not of a concern to me.

Also, I got my credentials assessed by WES and the report for my ND & HND is 3years Diploma and 1 year post-graduate certificates what should I used as my highest education in the Generic Form? A friend told me it would be Post-graduate - No Degree!

Similarly, should I add separate paper to Form 5669 as the space provided for Education is not enough when I typed in and in Schedule 3 Form No 12 as well.

Lastly, should I include my current place of residence as part of where I have traveled to in Form 5562 Supplementary Information Your Travel. I am still residing there till another couple of years. If Yes, what would be the end date{From- To}.

I can help you for some questions.

1. Any form that is not applicable to you doesn't warrant your attention. For example, I am married and have only
my wife as a dependant. Hence, I do not need to fill the IMM0008DEPENU additional dependants declaration form and I do not have to tick it on the Document checklist.

4. You have to fill the supplementary Info form stating the places you've visited including where you are now.

I'm a bit unsure of the other questions and haven't gotten sufficient info on it.
