BNLR: Everything is all about timing, but I will advice new hire to never sleep on it.
The topic of this write up does not really allign with the intention of the writer.
Many new hire had been tested not only during the recruitment stage but also during the probation.
Fear the person that send you message and not the person you want to deliver the message to.
But remember to be wise while delivering the message.
Never forget the roles you are hired for and don't interfere in what does not concern you. 😁 I hope you know that the life of the firm is longer than your own life, I hope you know that someone was occupying that seat before you came on board, I hope you know that those ones that hired you won't hesitate to sack you once your result doesn't match your claim. Why create unnecessary headache and enemies for yourself when there are better ways to go about it? |

olisefom: From the view point of an employee in a Nigerian Organisational Setting, this your view is alright...in order to avoid "stepping on toes"
From the viewpoint of an employer/entrepreneur/CEOs, this viewpoint is like telling the new intake to observe the ills/corruption/lack of enthusiasm and whathaveyou in the organisation and systematically fall in place.
It all depends on the the side your audience is taking. it takes deligence in reading the Op's write up to get his actual point. Audience's opinion apart, you don't go to a new firm to rubbish every other person's work if you don't have your own team to replace all of them. You are still going to work with them after all, I bet you wouldn't want them to kill your vibe and rubbish your work too. You can have your standard but you have to understand and build a relationship with your team aswell. |

Bluezy13: You have a point on the aspect of not having ability to change or stop an event from happening because I had once tried to. For instance, I dreamt of having an F-grade in a course in my first year. I made sure I studied had and did everything possible to ensure I didn't fail that course, and I still failed it. Something similar repeated itself but this time I never bothered trying to change it. I simply did the best I could. That was when i formally discredited prayers. Whether I pray or not something will still happen so what is the essence of the prayer. I formally left religion and i have at peace with my mind since then.
What I need now is to remember my dreams...not just any dreams but the "meaningful" ones. changing or stopping an event always come with an instruction and not just prayers, you can also leverage on the grace of an individual with superior authority. Whichever way, you need the company of the right people to use your gift right or the company of the evil ones to use it wrongly. |

Amunethseranu: ... I won't be talking in here if not for my students from L.ilum planet who came to show me things as planned .
African tradition, ideologies and culture whatever placed women as object of pleasure with this men seek knowledge ,wisdom, money and power while women seek money and pleasures making their M-Brain cells empty for any mind programme to feel it. An empty cup allows dirty water in it. While a filled cup allows no water but flavours of different sweet taste and aroma
Ancient women aren't these poor , they can't take 2% of wat women take today and still present their empty selves as vessels of pleasures. are you a believer? |
Romance › Re: I Met A Demon ( A Fallen Angel Of I Am) by merrymike47(m): 10:13pm On Mar 18, 2023 |
Bluezy13: Religion beclouds reasoning.
I am not a religious person. I don't pray. Fact is that every stage of my life has always been revealed to me before I find myself there. Spanning from all schools I have attended, seen myself the uniforms months before I eventually find myself the schools. Places I have been in life even my current place now, somehow I happen to see myself in that place even when I do not have a clue about the existence of such a place. But one thing or the other will eventually lead me to such a place a once I find myself in such places, I will vividly remember the dream I heard. It so happened sometime that I dreamt of an event a night and the following morning things started happening the way I dreamt and just to be sure, I predicted to a colleague at work the next thing that might happen in few minutes and surprisingly those things happened just like I said. This has made me never to be scared about life.
My problem now is that I need to be remembering my dreams and be able to tell the ones that are certain and meaningful from the normal dreams. I have tried writing down some dreams I remember but it has not been possible.
So I have learnt to not demean things people say about their experiences whether true or false. And I seek not to go extraordinarily because I wish not to complicate this simple life. you do not need to be religious to be a seer, being a seer is not synonymous to being a prophet, which imply that you do not have the ability to make an event happen or stop an event from happening. Your gift is useful for both good and bad people. Soon either will come looking for you once your signal is seen. |

haybhi1: Seun is wrong. Obi is saint. He has never sinned. He's the best candidate in the whole of Africa. He has only one watch and shoe, and doesn't give shishi. He's an angel. Very great man.
And Peter of Psquare is a better singer. Seun Kuti must have rigged to have one grammy nomination to his name. He's even too inept to not have more nominations nor grammies, something Psquare hate so much to be added to their name. He was stupid to play for Nobel Prize winners in 2007. Peter won't do that because he is a saint and doesn't roll with white people who enslave Africans.

That same person is to be physically fit and mentally fit
Reason we suffered in Buhari's tenure because he was physically not fit
Now with no sentiments bro
Please conclude
1) someone lost his state of origin 2) someone lost his own place called lagos everybody knows his the father of lagos
3) he lost abuja a place where his political part amd tinubu have the power to do and undo what they want
Bro you are a sane human
It means Nigerians rejected this man I gave an example of jobs though and if you can really pay the price of studying about him, u will agree with me that he is not fit for that job, but he did it. Let us not conclude on who we think is fit, I am a scientist and I belief in experiment before conclusion. You may not see it from my perspective but we cannot change time, also we cannot change destiny. Where we don't have the will power, we have to observe and learn. |

Fut9ure: Put on your conscience bro The State of the nation right now requires who Give me a straight answer
1) a vibrant man or a weak old man
Remember when Buhari was travelling non stop for medical check
The entire nation cried and wept especially the yorubas that he should hand over to Osinbajo the vibrant man
But now there here comes the vibrant man they all see in the person of obi
Why go for another sick old man? well, I will choose a vibrant man in some cases and in many case where tactics, strong and direct orders are needed, I wouldn't care about the age, I will only care about the intelligence and the ability to give strong order and make strong decisions of the man. Many times, it is not about the strength of a man, sometimes it is about the intelligence and ability to make a strong decision. Steve jobs doesn't really have the strength to pull that great project (Apple) but he has the intelligence and the strong decision making power to bring Apple thus far. He's like an slowpoke, he is dead now, but his work speaks volume till date. Many times, the more we look, the less we see. If Tinubu won, let it be. They are all the same. Osinbajo would have been my best candidate but he was denied, so I will rest. |

South west got no reason to claim anymore that they are the most educated...this election open their yansh well.
The four major contestants were from the three major tribe So it means we the South South are the one to choose the most suitable for Nigeria without biased And we did. We choose obi but due to tribalism the South west refused and supported a man who is sick mentally and physically...
If you can't handover your daughter or sister for Marriage to a sick old man with dementia not physically and mentally fit. Some one not aware of his environment but still you want to support same man to head 220 million Nigeria at this point of our critical situation then may you and your family know no peace
If you are emotionally attached to your tribe, religion and political leaning to the point that the truth and justice becomes secondary consideration then your education is useless, your exposure is useless. If you cannot reason beyond petty sentiments. You are liability to man kind I will go by your quote. what exactly made you dislike Tinubu this much? I didn't belief in any of them, so I didn't vote.
