Do you by chance stay in the north? If no, what cult group are you talking about? The bigger boys (alumni) in that same group may be of help if you do not trust military personnel. To everyone opposing this progressive methods, keep in mind that this is just one of a few policies that needs to be implemented in order for Nigeria to move towards true development like very other developed country in the world. No doubt these methods may face some resistance at first in the name of tradition and culture. duties and respect are two different things, people who run errands for my dad at work are way older than him, but they have to respect him cos he’s their boss.
