mekuszyx: Because he belongs to AC, party of the renegades
Anyway, Ngige has always been a serial loser. He had lost a senatorial election twice before he was rigged into Anambra government house in 2003 by Chris Ubah.
Andy Uba has accepted defeat and congratulated Obi. He had promised to work with him and not to challenge Obi's victory at tribunal. Anambra politicians are now showing some maturity. I hope that Ngige and other Nigerians politicians would emulate their spirit of sportsmanship.
This is what I call maturity. Ngige should follow suit immediately to avoid loosing his already depreciated respect among Anambrarians. I hope Andy Uba will now rebuild the already tarnished image of his family.
ndu_chucks: Soludo should now have time to prepare for the criminal charges that will be filed against him shortly. He forgot to completely cleanup his mess at the CBN and his anticipated immunity as a governor will no longer be available. Its time to lawyer up, Mallam Soludo, or to escape to London.
I have a newfound respect for Ojukwu at this point. The man is indeed, Ndiigbo's Mandela. While I disagree with his civil war stance, the man is indeed a true Nigerian hero.
You are not alone in above highlighted lines. As time passes by, more of Ojukwu traducers will see reason to appreciate the past and present actions of the man.
Thats why Anambra state is the light of the nation:politically matured. Soludo, it very good of you to have accepted the defeat, I now advise you to honourably go back to IMF.
Onlytruth: Does it ever occur to all these anti-Ojukwu campaigners here that Anambra people may have actually voted for their favorite candidate? The way I look at it, this election might actually signal the level of rigging that happened in earlier elections in my state. The previous elections might have been so massively rigged, that if they were fair, there would not even be any sign of other parties in Anambra state.
I would say this again, Anambra people are far more opinionated than other people in Nigeria. You don't lead them by the nose. So, if they elected Obi, they elected someone they can actually trust.
You cannot build heaven on pure lies, and Anambra people know he is lying to them. At least Peter Obi won't steal their money and they know it. So, everyone should respect our wishes here.
Thank you very much my brother. Sometimes, I wonder why some little demons always cultivate these believe that they are wiser than the greater populace who had made their decision.
If governor Obi had not performed well in his first term, even the wishes of Ojukwu wouldnt have saved him. Mbadinuju messed up from 1999 to 2003 and he was massively voted out.
RoadStar: You are not ashamed. How proud are you when you come in the midst of some Nigerians and say you are from Anambra state. I asked a question. How come none of the personalities you mentioned live in Anambra. Isn't that a source of worry. But I guess you can't think. Retard !
You are a pathetic and miserable animal. Just keep on clowning.
Eziachi: Another unsolicited Igbo expert speaks. The election came without bloodshed as many were hoping, all of a sudden our people are fools for being peaceful and making a choice of their own that had been respected. We can't win .
Dont mind those retarded Yorubas . . . They were hoping to see an election marred with thuggery and political assasinations like they always witness in Yoruba land. However, Anambrarians and their guber candidates showed the world that they are atleast more politically advanced than their peers. They just killed Dapo Dina in Ogun state, who knows how many of their politicians will be assasinated before 2011 elections.
Shoot2Kill: So if IKEMBA asks you to starve your relatives or kill your relatives you will comply? Or if IKEMBA ask you to support Yara Dua you will accept? Sometimes you IGBO people make me wonder and to think that it is the educated ones amongst who succumb to these nonsensical ideologies.
I think IGBOS should start thinking with their brains for once instead of tribal pride, it will go a along way in making your lives better. These are the same people who want to form a new nation. If you all worship Ojukwu this much then the IGBO race is doomed. This guy is an old timer who has done more harm than good to IGBOS, this is the same dude who was rubbing shoulders with Abacha and you IGBOS still worship him this much
This is the same ideology that many Nigerian has adopted in Nigerian churches by worshipping pastors instead of worshipping GOD. Nigerians are really twisted. I thank GOD i don’t worship anyone where I come from. No one is my leader or GOD except the GOD of Abraham.
In my eyes Ojukwu is an irrelevant baboon who should not even matter in today’s Igboland. If you elect him as president he will become a dictator because he has characteristics of being a violent gangster who likes to do things by force. There are many educated and intelligent IGBOS in diaspora who can lead the IGBO nation to greater glory. IGBOS should look to the younger generation for leadership and new ideas on the way forward not an old beat up crocodile like Ojukwu who has emotionally imprisoned most IGBO people’s minds.
Your problem is that of illiteracy and bigotry. It is obvious that you were not able to decipher the message being conveyed by the poster. Your ranting only exposes the pathetic and evil mind of you ill bred basta.rd. Get a life!!
RoadStar: When did I say I was an igbo man or not Look at the relative security in Lagos more of your gifted men and women are moving to lagos and Abuja leaving the like of Kalu, Ojukwu and Obi his son to rule ruin their homeland. And you are there cheering yourself. Congrats !
RoadStar: I thought Anambra would've tried someone else (except Uba ofcourse) There is a huge infrastructural an d commercial underdevelopment in the state.
They're lucky they dint secede from Nigeria. They would've been living on trees by now.
Anambra state is not Yoruba land where poverty and political assasinations are the norm. Yoruba knucklehead!!

His journey towards an accomplished legal career began in 1990 in the law firm of Sofunde, Osakwe, Ogundipe and Belgore, where he cut his legal teeth as a litigator over wide-ranging areas of specialization. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, the Grand Patron of the Association of Nigerian Theatre Practitioners (ANTP), Lagos State Chapter. He was also conferred with the Governor of the Year for Infrastructure Development according to the Board of Editors of THISDAY Newspapers. However this award, Governor Fashola has honourably returned when it became apparent that it was meant to compromise him in the faithful discharge of his duties as Governor and the oath of office to do right by all manner of people according to the law without fear or favour. He is also the Governor of the Year 2007 in the judgement of Global Excellence Magazine. Surely, a Brighter and Rewarding Future
Is this the empty resume being compared with that of peter Obi? I was even expecting to see something like that of Prof Soludo. The above resume resembles that of any Nigerian graduate__He only went to law school, worked for a law firm and joined the corrupt government of his godfather. Thats what we call a weak resume.
RoadStar: I have sat for 7 - day courses in LSE and Havard but that does not add to my educational qualifications. His highest degree in a BA in Philosophy He's got no masters no PHd
Fashola is a masters degree holder and a SAN
That is how they deceive you
f00ls !
hahahahaha Thanks for exposing your abysmal ignorance and stupidity to the whole world. I didnt waste time to provide you with peter obi's resume while you are still looking for ways to patch up Fashola's poor academic and career qualifications. The only thing you were able to come with was that fashola is a SAN. Do you know the meaning of SAN at all? Dimwitted Yoruba men!!
RoadStar: Even if Fashola has run against Obi he would've lost. Obi is exactly what Anambra people want( An Ojukwu annointed barely educated trader) !Lets put it this way Anambra will always have the Obis as governor while lagos will always have Fashola. Why do you think lagos turned out to be a mega-city while Anambra is one big village.
From your imbeci.llic rantings, I will make bold to say that your are a stark illiterate. It is obvious that you dont know Peter Obi, and that might be the reason why you called him a mere trader. However, I must tell you that the CV of your Fashola cant be compared with that of Peter Obi. Below is the qualifications of peter Obi. you might even provide that of Fashola so that Nigerian can make their judgements.

Ijele-igbo: Its a pity peter obi will rule Anambra state for eight years. I weep for Anambra state because its beginning of downfall has just begun. Hundred of thousands of Anambarians came out to vote for the man that will be their leader but they couldn't vote because their names were not found in INEC BOOK UNDER PETER OBI'S REGIME. A desperate man can kill his mother to get what he wants. Peter has done a nice job. Very smart and trickish i must say, fans of peter watch your Governor bring Anambra to shambles!
Ijele, I told you right from the word go that we in Peter Obi camp will trash you all mercillessly at the polls. My friend, cry no more and join the winning party immediately.
Doesn't surprise me, a state where a moronic, imbecilic coward like Ojukwu is celebrated. It means they are happy with the status-quo in the state.
Well they will remain a backward Igbo state for the foreseable future.
RUBBISH !
It is obvious that you are psychotic bastard . Infact, you deserve zero attention.
Finally, Anambrarians have honored Ojukwu's last wish. For the upteenth time, they have declared that Ojukwu is their Igbo leader, that where ever he goes, they will go. Congrats Governor Peter Obi!!
George_D: someone should correct me if i'm wrong but is pert obi really interested in a second term? why i'm asking is because i never saw him campaign much during the run for saturday's election.
