Jaidooo:Yeap. It's good then. Let the signatory write the letter and state that all d siblings agree in a meeting that you should be sponsored with the cash as it is wish of your parents. Make sure you submit death certificate of the estate owner. I think you should be good. |

Jaidooo:Hmmm. This is serious. I have not seen someone using that before. But I don't think its impossible. The question is why do you entitle to d cash in d account? Is d cash in the account belongs to your parents or grand parents? Who is d signatory to d account? Who is going to prepare sponsorship letter 4 u? Answer all those questions and let know how to move on. |

Churkie:You should have used ur bro with 5m soa as d main sponsor because 4m in business soa is low. Having issue of insufficient fund is depend on your tuition and living expenses. If you can state d expenses, then we will know maybe there would be an issue. But generally, I think you are ok. |

Spouse open work permit application is more easier to get compare to study permit. You don't even need any sponsor to apply for sowp. I was surprised when you said your sponsor had 7million in his soa. Boost your own account to like 1.5m and reapply. I'm optimistic you will get it. I pmed You. 1 Like |
Good evening House. Pls I want to know better about the followings, because have been having major conflicting replys, viz; 1) Am presently serving, can I use my ppa as my employment status 2) Can I use my uncle whom is my mum's younger brother (I don't share same surname with him) as my sponsor. If yes, would he have to transfer money into my account or no need to transfer money and just give me sponsorship letter. 3) I heard 98% of applications with sponsor's account are rejected. How true is this? Bcs I won't be having longer period to build my account anymore. I wish to apply by April. Though, I have a salary account, my PPA pay me 20k monthly. 4) How cumbersome is the study visa process. Can I do it alone or request the service of an educational consulting firm or visa agent? Thank you in anticipation. [/quote 1. Yes your ppa can serve as your current employment status. Make sure you submit all necessary documents that relate with NYSC. 2. Using your maternal uncle as sponsor is geat. It will be okay if he can pay some cash in your account and state it in his letter of sponsorship. The amount will reflect in his soa and your soa too. Transferring money to your account shows he's really committed to sponsor you. (Although you can still get your trv without him sending cash to your account) 3. That's a very big lie. Only few applicants here are self sponsored. 4. You don't need any agent. You should be okay with good guys here. Sent you pm. |

KELVIN086: I copied the information below from the same website. Maybe you didnt check well. "Do I need to submit an English Proficiency Test? If the medium of instruction during your undergraduate education was a language other than English, you will need to submit an English Proficiency Test that meets our minimum requirement. This should be met prior to applying and must be met before an application is reviewed. If your post-secondary education was in a country whose official language is not English but the medium of instruction was English, you will be required to submit proof such as an English medium letter issued directly by the institution If you have not completed two or more years, full-time, at a Canadian university or a university at which English was the primary language of instruction, or have not completed a graduate degree at a university where English was the primary language of instruction, you will be required to provide certification of English language proficiency through one of the accepted examinations listed below. Scores are valid for two years from the test date" |

Forget about Travel History. Just focus on the two other reasons. You will be fine. Concerning purpose of visit, are you going for advance diploma/pgc/pgd? Pls state your profile. Also do you have any unexplained study gap that may be a red flag? Your landed document would handle personal asset but also include your personal soa. Cheers 2 Likes 1 Share |
