Work invitation is document that is required to apply for work Visa at the embassy, the permit is usually after you have arrived in Poland.

Don’t let anyone whine you. Poland is a cool place to live, I came here in September and so far it’s great. The people are friendly, at least you’re not worried about racism, feeding isn’t too expensive, only expensive thing here is rent. You can stay in school dorm if you need an affordable accommodation. Transportation you can pay for the bus/tram per ride or get a card which you’ll use for the year.

There are jobs, you can either work in factories or IT firms. They need people that speak English, French, German etc.
