Dino never claimed to have lost his certificate as that of Buhari so he should provide his certificate, he only uploaded a statement of result, a statement of result which showed he graduated in 2000 and yet he went for NYSC in 1999, how does all this correlate?

ABU hasn't said a thing about him, his name doesn't show on ABU Alumni website, and the other schools he claimed to be a graduate of (Harvard and London School of Economics) have publicly denounced his claims of being a graduate of their institution.

Tellers are not full staff please, outsourcing firms handle such positions and your friend might be referring to the last recruitment by such outsourcing firm and not the graduate trainee scheme.

Banks don't play around with graduate trainee positions, graduate trainee recruitment in all banks have the highest level of merit based and competence testing you can imagine, at the final interview you would see highly competent candidates and the bank just has to pick the few they can take.

Graduate trainees are the lifeline and future of every bank, no bank messes with that. Like in a family, bank contract staff are like housemaids/houseboys of the house while graduate trainees are the legitimate children of the parents who own the house, that should give you a clearer picture of everyone's worth.

What if 200 other first class candidates applied for the same position as you? So you expect yourself to be SURELY shortlisted? Do you know how many first class graduates who are employed some other place and would still apply because of the perks of having a federal government job?

With your parochial reasoning it means if a vacancy is to take only 2:1 candidates and request for only 2:1 candidates, then any 2:1 candidate who applied should feel he should surely be shortlisted?

And for a federal government job, there are other factors which matter other than grades, geo-political zoning as well and other factors matter.

Why do the so called Nigerian employers make the lives of some unemployed folks so frustrating?

Everyday when I have the time to browse through job vacancies I see the deliberate attempt of employers in sugar-coating a marketing position with sugary nomenclature, how funny!

Tell the unemployed folks that you are seeking for a MARKETER and stop this "Transaction officer" hogwash! There are people who are not temperamentally or psychologically suited for a marketing job role so its better you spell it out so as not to waste such people's time from applying. Its not everyone who can handle a marketing role no matter how good their grades are.

Lastly, why is it that when its such marketing positions like these employers just invite everyone to come with their CV's like its a church crusade or something but when the cool positions come up you guys share it among the relatives of the employers, what a country!

This would have to do with one bloody marketing job position, as if being a marketer is not bad enough, one of the worst places to be a marketer is in an insurance company, Nigerians don't value insurance. If you are a man forget it, if you are a woman prepare for men to offer to wanna sleep with you to sign up.

About the interview, don't expect to be quizzed with difficult questions, it would be easy as ABC because they need people for the job, when its a marketing role they literally give it out freely, but when its for the better jobs they consider their relatives, I'm still yet to see a top director's relative or sibling as a marketer in an organisation, or have you seen one?
