Tell him to go to court and file for custody of the child with an agreement with the mother if the child is below 18. if he is 18 and above then it is easier if the boy choose to stay with the father as he will have the right to choose who to stay with. The court has the final say as it concerns children born out of marriage. Do not allow her tradition or culture to intimidate you people into committing Bigamy that is if you are already married in court.

See a lawyer immediately and make settlement arrangements.

@Crystal08 follow this advice above. If you didn't have Statutory marriage (Nigeria) or whatever court marriage is called where you're resident, have him do that with you first as clearly, he wants a second wife plain and simple.

The court marriage will make you legally his wife which will not allow him marry a second wife. Must he pay her bride price? Why won't he just go for joint custody instead?

Yeah. We're both saying the same thing. But, like you said, 'beauty is in the eyes of the beholder'.

I don't know what the owner likes. Which is why I made the suggestion to minimize the gray if it must be retained. And, also in order not to stress the builder although he has offered to make any changes if the owner so decides.

Nice job. But, if I may, in my opinion the gray bands do not sit well in my eyes both on the window hoods and the belts. I can retain the ones on the hoods but, for the belts, because of how seemingly close they are, I would have preferred them painted same colour as the body of the building but, if they were more spaced, then, the gray would have been very okay.

Just my own perception as to how I'd have liked it if I were making the choice. But, the job is beautiful generally.

Actually there are factors that contributes to project costing, some of them are the type of land, location, size and design etc.

However, if the land is a level one and not waterlogged. It may likely cost less.

But if am to use this design and size on a level waterfree land and in this same location, a unit will likely cost around 12m

I believe the owner of this building also built the bungalow close to it which you also handled.

In my opinion, it would have been best to do only one soak away back then when you built the bungalow to cater for the bungalow and this duplex rather than have separate soak away pits for both buildings.

The child and mother are your responsibility so, they have to stay with you till she delivers. The mother can come stay to take care of her prior to the EDD and probably a few weeks after.

But, if the nature of your job will not allow you be around her when she is due, it's advisable she has someone around for that period. This is YOUR FIRST CHILD and nobody should decide for you.

First, she is YOUR WIFE and it's YOUR CHILD she's carrying.

NOBODY has the right to decide for you where you want your child to be delivered.

The mother can come stay with her when it's close to the EDD unless she had her antenatal close to her family residence then, it's fine for her to be close to the hospital/clinic. But, if that's not the case, she's your wife and the child is yours and the responsibility is yours.

If they won't come visit because she didn't stay with them to deliver, then let them stay in their house. Unless they're the ones paying the hospital bill when she delivers.

The South South produces the resources that sustain the country so, you cannot say they are dependent on FAAC.

Why don't you let each state manage their resources and then pay a percentage as tax to the federal government? Then can we know the true states that are dependent on FAAC.

@Evestar200, If there was any event like that, it would have trended on social media. Even her state in the east (as her name implies that) or even the Akwa Ibom state government would have visited her if there was such an occurrence.

Also, I doubt anyone will permit her to travel with the kids back to Cameroun at four (4) months in July as they'd be very small from birth (and even at that time considering the number they were in her womb).

She should be properly investigated for child theft.

This is part of the problem. I'm still struggling to understand why someone who is purported to have graduated with honours and is being touted as one of the 'notable alumni' of the institution will be fighting for his records to be kept secret when he should display them proudly.

I just checked on classmates dot com and noticed they have entered his records SEVEN (7) TIMES in a bid to ensure his records are there as an alumni.
