Not impossible. What supports the decking slab is the columns and if they're properly placed, it is very possible but, again it depends on the intended use to determine the design.

@Moneyboyz I think you can still go ahead with the business you had in mind before acquiring the land and building the warehouse.

You stated the business nearby is smaller so, they can be a sub-distributor to you since you're bigger.

That was what you had in mind before the land acquisition and building so, I believe you must have done your feasibility studies beforehand.

What the CBN is doing is subsidizing the USD by pegging the rate. And, that only worked within those days after the pegging.

It's already going up daily. It was #1,510 to $1 yesterday and this morning but, $1,530 to $1 now.

You cannot manipulate the system forever. The bunch of people at the helm of affairs are bereft of ideas.

Your currency cannot just regain value when you're not producing anything for export. An economy that is dependent on just one commodity (crude oil) without diversifying cannot grow.

The currency cannot just gain value when you have nothing to trade to attract other nations to buy from you. It's like trade by barter. I buy something from you and I also sell something to you and if I have something you need more, I gain advantage over you. Sadly, we have only crude oil as we have refused to harness and explore other areas where we can earn foreign exchange from neither have they created a conducive environment for investors and investments to thrive. So, whatever artificial gains you see now, will not last as you can already see just this week.

Did you bother to check the exchange rate of the Nigerian Naira to the CFA Franc?

Who is deceiving who here? Thought your principal asked 'na statistics we go chop?' and now, you all want to point to statistics all the time without doing proper vetting or verification and comparison before rushing to post.

These countries are doing better than Nigeria in the sense that their currency has a higher value than the Nigerian Naira and most likely they have better minimum wage than Nigeria with all the vast resources available to Nigeria.

I will just be brief without writing too much.

We are based we have 4 children, my first child is 13 from my previous relationship, she has become very terrible, she doesn't listen to me or my wife. She tells her that she is not her biological mother and she cannot control her. She had threatened to call the police on my wife telling her if she touch her she will fight her back and call the police. She goes to school and closes at 3.45 her school is 10 mins walk from home, but she is always late for home.

She comes home around 6 sometimes 7pm , as I am writing now every friday she closes at 12.30 but she is still hasn't come back home yet.

I am on my way to work. I start at 6.30pm till 2.30am so I rarely get to see her and she only misbehaving when I am not around. So far we have seized her phone because we had found so many inappropriate messages exchanges between her and boys. We had also removed the TV from her room and her behaviour has gotten worse. She is behaving like she's possessed.

My wife and I are fed up. Even her siblings are tired of her. We want to send her back to Nigeria maybe in a boarding school until she is 18 in order to protect her younger ones. If we keep her and she continues with her terrible behaviour I may beat her badly and we may end up loosing all 4 children to the authorities.

Please what advice will you give to me concerning this issue?

On both occasions, I don't think you took a proper stand to protect your daughter against her step mom. This is the girl fighting back because you haven't defended or protected her from a step mother that clearly hates her for no reason.

I think your wife is the problem here that has made the girl who she is turning to. She doesn't return home in time because she'll probably be abused emotionally and verbally by the step mother (your wife) who will in turn still be the first one to report to you whenever you get home despite being the antagonist.

My suggestion, get closer to your daughter now before it's too late because, at this her age, it's easier to be lost due to negative influences and peer pressure. You can still get your daughter back.

I understand you need to work to provide for the family but, if you do not pay attention to that family, then you'll be working for nothing.

Sharing food and money?

Virtually all persons currently in political offices in Nigeria from the executive to the legislative arms of government are useless.

A very useless agency in a useless country.

Rather than seize these imported food items in the first place, would it not have been better if higher tariffs were placed on them when they were brought in so that they sell side by side with the locally produced food items but, the local farmers having the advantage of not paying tariffs which will make their prices attractive to the public thereby, making the imported ones cost higher and drive consumers to locally produced food?

Rather, you seize the food items, lock them up in warehouses infested by rats and other pests without any preservation measures then deploy them now to the public to consume foods infested with mould and rat feaces and urine.

Are they now trying to solve the hunger problem or create an epidemic?

If these goods were allowed into the country even with higher tariffs, the importers would pay and still be in business and the government would have earned some revenue.

Now, the importers have lost their funds, government didn't get any revenue and you want to create a health epidemic by distributing unhealthy foods to the public.

What is wrong with this country.

2023 is around the corner and some Nigerians are gearing up to repeat same mistakes.

Everybody knows that Nigeria needs a practical solution and not theory. Someone that understands the economy in both micro and macro levels.

Someone who understands policy making, both fiscal and monetary levels. Someone who is experience in the banking industry at the board level, and also a trader on the street levels.

This means that he is able to calculate the impact of his policies on the man on the street. Peter obi is the only one on the board of banks and a trader on the streets.

For those who want to repeat the mistakes of the past in 2023, then these are things you have to do.


1) seek dual citizenship, to migrate out of Nigeria.

2) buy the basic foodstuffs that will last 8 years. Buy flour and learn to bake your own bread.

3) convert all your money and property to dollars and save outside Nigeria.

4) pay all your utilities and subscription for 8 years. Pay for DSTV, Electricity, data and credit water etc for 8 years.

5) Get life insurance, learn to teach your little chidren at home. If your children or yourself are in university, switch to learning skills to avoid school fees.

6) if you are working in the corporate world, get a skill and side hustle

7) if you have taken a loan, pay up before 2023

8 ) buy car parts, tires, oil and filters etc that will last 8 years. Get underground fuel tank and fill it for 8 years use.

9) start keeping fit and practice long distance running, incase the need arises.

10) start eating healthy. Grow fruits and vegetables in your house to eat for 8 years. To ensure you have no business with hospital bills and medication for 8 years. If you are not married, have a child before or by 2023, you might not be able to afford wedding.



When you have done all this. Then you can find any criminal billionaire politician and gamble with your next 8 years.

That's why I mentioned Akpabio separately because, he has a case already but, still walks free. Before the election, Akpabio was invited and he claimed to have cardiac arrhythmia and needed to see his doctors. He never honoured the invitation but, still took part in the elections and is the Senate President today. The cardiac arrhythmia didn't stop him from elections neither has it stopped him from attending plenaries and various events since then and the EFCC has forgotten about that case.
