Wild goose chase as always |
iAmProgress:Sorry, 18th of March, 2024 it was #75 million Naira and within two weeks the price got to #100 million Naira. How come? |
When you first posted this on the 28th of March, you fixed the price at #75 million Naira. All of a sudden, the price is now #100 million Naira in this same March. Congratulations. |
I don't want to talk about your English language so, I'll give you one advice: Take your life serious and focus on your future. |
If he died of heart complications, then it had nothing to do with the freshly painted room but, maybe a pre-existing heart problem. He probably had problems with his lungs prior to him sleeping in the room if it is confirmed to be related to fumes from the paint. |
toyad1:First, you DID NOT post the VIN. Secondly, you claimed the vehicle is 'ACCIDENT FREE'. From the pictures attached, can you prove that this vehicle is accident free or that it's not the same vehicle as the one you're trying to sell?
|
toyad1:Accident free? Are you sure of that? Why are most of you wicked and tell lies anyhow? |
Elohorp:Not impossible. What supports the decking slab is the columns and if they're properly placed, it is very possible but, again it depends on the intended use to determine the design. |
@Moneyboyz I think you can still go ahead with the business you had in mind before acquiring the land and building the warehouse. You stated the business nearby is smaller so, they can be a sub-distributor to you since you're bigger. That was what you had in mind before the land acquisition and building so, I believe you must have done your feasibility studies beforehand. If you go on with a suggestion you do not have a passion for, it might not be as successful as what you originally had in mind. What's the size of your warehouse if you don't mind? Thank you. |
Jackson105:Says who? How much is the USD rate against the NGN today? Have you checked? As I type, it's #1,530 to $1. What the CBN is doing is subsidizing the USD by pegging the rate. And, that only worked within those days after the pegging. It's already going up daily. It was #1,510 to $1 yesterday and this morning but, $1,530 to $1 now. You cannot manipulate the system forever. The bunch of people at the helm of affairs are bereft of ideas. Your currency cannot just regain value when you're not producing anything for export. An economy that is dependent on just one commodity (crude oil) without diversifying cannot grow. The currency cannot just gain value when you have nothing to trade to attract other nations to buy from you. It's like trade by barter. I buy something from you and I also sell something to you and if I have something you need more, I gain advantage over you. Sadly, we have only crude oil as we have refused to harness and explore other areas where we can earn foreign exchange from neither have they created a conducive environment for investors and investments to thrive. So, whatever artificial gains you see now, will not last as you can already see just this week. |
Copy cats. Because they heard the US fined binance, they've also copied. Who are those benefitting from the rise in the USD against the Naira if not the politicians? How many of them (politicians) have visible investments to show for the opulence and wealth they exhibit? Do the poor masses scramble for Dollars? Who needs the Dollars to travel and gallivant around the world if not the politicians? They just want to deceive their gullible supporters that they're working.
|
Truth is not every woman knows how to buy things. What I'm seeing there is more of meat and perishables. That's not proper planning. I used to buy because my partner back then didn't know how to plan so, I took it upon myself to do the purchases while she was in charge of the kitchen. |
Ibrahimcoomasie:The countries listed all use the CFA Franc. Did you bother to check the exchange rate of the Nigerian Naira to the CFA Franc? Who is deceiving who here? Thought your principal asked 'na statistics we go chop?' and now, you all want to point to statistics all the time without doing proper vetting or verification and comparison before rushing to post. These countries are doing better than Nigeria in the sense that their currency has a higher value than the Nigerian Naira and most likely they have better minimum wage than Nigeria with all the vast resources available to Nigeria.

Mrperfecto:In 2020, you posted here that you changed the girls school when she was 9yrs and your wife started treating her as an enemy. https://www.nairaland.com/5728674/decision-right-wrong In 2022, you posted on same Nairaland here that your daughter was looking sad and told you her step mother called her a bastard for accidentally hitting the head of her younger sibling she was carrying against the door. https://www.nairaland.com/7137380/confused On both occasions, I don't think you took a proper stand to protect your daughter against her step mom. This is the girl fighting back because you haven't defended or protected her from a step mother that clearly hates her for no reason. I think your wife is the problem here that has made the girl who she is turning to. She doesn't return home in time because she'll probably be abused emotionally and verbally by the step mother (your wife) who will in turn still be the first one to report to you whenever you get home despite being the antagonist. My suggestion, get closer to your daughter now before it's too late because, at this her age, it's easier to be lost due to negative influences and peer pressure. You can still get your daughter back. I understand you need to work to provide for the family but, if you do not pay attention to that family, then you'll be working for nothing. Thank you. |
How does this address the issues bedevilling the state and country? Sharing food and money? Virtually all persons currently in political offices in Nigeria from the executive to the legislative arms of government are useless. |
A very useless agency in a useless country. Rather than seize these imported food items in the first place, would it not have been better if higher tariffs were placed on them when they were brought in so that they sell side by side with the locally produced food items but, the local farmers having the advantage of not paying tariffs which will make their prices attractive to the public thereby, making the imported ones cost higher and drive consumers to locally produced food? Rather, you seize the food items, lock them up in warehouses infested by rats and other pests without any preservation measures then deploy them now to the public to consume foods infested with mould and rat feaces and urine. Are they now trying to solve the hunger problem or create an epidemic? If these goods were allowed into the country even with higher tariffs, the importers would pay and still be in business and the government would have earned some revenue. Now, the importers have lost their funds, government didn't get any revenue and you want to create a health epidemic by distributing unhealthy foods to the public. What is wrong with this country. |
TRIXIA:Why didn't you go to the EFCC yourself to do it? I'll advice you report him to the same EFCC office since he's trying to defraud you in the name of getting you SCUML from EFCC. |
How much will clear 2012 and 2014 Volvo XC60? |
Validated:Honestly, it baffles me that this man is a professor yet cannot come up with a meaningful developmental road map. Very shameful. |
udele1:You actually saw it coming. |
tollyboy5:Emancipate yourself from mental slavery.
|
jaxxy:I asked when they will be invited, arrested or declared wanted. That's why I mentioned Akpabio separately because, he has a case already but, still walks free. Before the election, Akpabio was invited and he claimed to have cardiac arrhythmia and needed to see his doctors. He never honoured the invitation but, still took part in the elections and is the Senate President today. The cardiac arrhythmia didn't stop him from elections neither has it stopped him from attending plenaries and various events since then and the EFCC has forgotten about that case. |
tollyboy5:This isn't sports betting. This is serious talk. Grow up.
|
Muhammadu Buhari, Sabiu Yusuf, Hadi Sirika, Abdulahi Ganduje, etc are walking free. Godswill Akpabio still has a case with the EFCC. When will these people be invited for questioning, arrested or declared wanted? |
Why don't you include the Nigerian soil pictures since the vehicle has been in the country for a while? I don't understand how people post adverts and expect people to beg for pictures or information most times. |
Kyase:Please what stage of grief are you experiencing now?
|
tensazangetsu20:Easy bro... Easy... ![]() |
Tallesty1:@Tallesty1 do you know you're 'wicked'? ![]() |
@Exceptional300, you already have your answer. You're not being strict. She's lacking in discipline I must say to be telling you those things and you should know what to do now before it's late. |
When asked a question, he replied, 'na statistics we go chop?' Your house is on fire and you're on a 'private visit' somewhere else where you're neither recognised nor were you invited? Very clueless bunch.
|
Throwback:Do you even understand what you're saying? Did your principal have a plan? Thought he asked, 'na statistics we go chop'? He's just stealing ideas without a plan. Good thing the 'GREAT TINUBULATION' is hitting you all as well.
